This was our cozy home away from home for the week we visited Anchorage. For our family of 5, it was just the right size. I appreciated the amenities - dishwasher, washer, dryer - which made clean up quick so we could focus on family time. Highly recommend this place for a family with kids or a couple looking to get away.

Awesome stay at Raven Lodge

The place was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to dine at home, and there were lots of games to keep the kids busy too. The location was great for getting downtown or anywhere else in the Anchorage region. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the outdoor space was lovely. We'd be thrilled to stay here again on a future trip to Anchorage.

Comfortable home in Anchorage

This was a clean and comfortable home for a couple nights in Anchorage. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook breakfasts and dinner. The neighborhood is older, residential. It’s not especially walkable to get to shops or restaurants. But pleasant to walk for exercise. Fairly close to mountain hikes.

Convenient and comfortable

We stayed a week and we had a car rental which made this location ideal. Less than 15 minutes to downtown with easy access to highways north or south. Everything was very clean with washer and dryer was extremely helpful. At the end of long days it was nice to relax and watch TV on a comfortable couch. This was a great launching point for an awesome week!

Clean and Ideal Location

The property owner was quick to respond. We decided on a quick trip and booked the night before we arrived. The owner worked with me to help us book. Amazing service!! The house was very clean. This was the first time we traveled with our dog and I was concerned about pet odor and hair since we have a hypo-allergenic dog. There was not a pet hair to be found and no pet odor. They were even kind to set out dog bowls for our dog. The location is amazing. We were close to hilltop skiing, shopping, putt putt golf, ax throwing, restaurants, and much more within minutes. I have nothing negative to say and we've rented many homes in our travels through the years. If I could give higher than 5 stars this place would earn it!!

By profession, I work in real estate, which has given me a deep appreciation for creating spaces where people truly feel at home. I’m also a marathon runner and love the outdoors. I value living with intention, and strive to approach each day with purpose, gratitude, and joy.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this location because we genuinely love how central and convenient it is. The easy access to major highways means you can be on your way to the next adventure in minutes. For us, it’s the perfect launch point: close to everything you need, yet comfortable and private enough to truly unwind at the end of the day. We wanted to create a space that makes exploring Alaska simple, seamless, and stress-free.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What sets this Anchorage property apart is its combination of intentional design, prime central location, and true “home base” functionality. Unlike many short-term rentals that feel purely transactional, our home is thoughtfully renovated and carefully equipped to serve as a comfortable headquarters for your entire stay. The fully stocked kitchen, dedicated washer and dryer, 60” Apple TV setup, fast WiFi, board games, and outdoor fire pit aren’t afterthoughts they’re purposeful amenities designed to make longer stays, family trips, and work travel seamless.

Its central location is another major differentiator: just 15 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes to the U-Med District, and minutes from shopping and highway access. You get convenience without sacrificing privacy. Most importantly, it’s hosted with intention. The space is maintained with care, responsiveness, and pride so guests don’t just have a place to sleep, but a reliable, comfortable retreat after a full day of Alaskan adventure.
