Place was convenient, close to downtown. Nice walking park nearby. Very clean indoors. Couldn’t use outdoor deck due to barking, growling dogs. Couldn’t go in backyard due to dogs and dog waste. Perhaps use less air freshener, it was very strong.

Spacious, clean, modern two floor town home. Perfect for couples traveling together. Directions were clear. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor; bedrooms on main floor as you walk in. At first I was a bit surprised, but it was really nice not having to carry our luggage up to a second floor.

Inside was clean. Outside yard was filled with dog waste so really couldn’t use the yard. 2 dogs next year were very aggressive and barked a lot. Too much air freshener used in the house. Communication with owner was very good.

Lovely spacious and clean. Great location. Well stocked Kitchen! Only, thing missing was a drip coffee pot. Cute Kuerig, with a pod for each of us. Coffee lovers might want to pack extra. Great space for families.

We enjoyed the modern, clean accommodations of this place. We were only there about 10 hours because of our late flight. The beds were comfortable, nice linens and towels. Thanks for the hot chocolate mix and coffee pods. The location was close to the airport. The only negative was multiple stairs as two of our party were seniors. Would recommend to a family without seniors and for a longer stay.

2 couples stayed only 1 night after flying in to Anchorage and before driving down to the Kenai Peninsula. The house was clean and located in a quiet and ideal location near the park, the water, the trail, and downtown. The space was perfect for us and so much nicer, in our opinion, than staying in a local hotel. We had dinner/drinks downtown and then walked for coffee in the morning. The house is stocked with everything you need! We made friends with several neighborly cats while walking in the neighborhood. Parking was easy. We recommend!

The house was great! Separate sleeping area if you have early & late risers. All the things we needed, washer & dryer helped tremendously! Close to a great park & trail.Is a duplex with shared yard, could t sit outside due to neighbors barking dogs but didn’t spend much time at the house.
