This split-entry home offers plenty of space to spread out. Upstairs, unwind in the inviting living area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, and all the necessary utensils for preparing home-cooked meals. The dining table seats four, with the option to extend to accommodate six.

The bedrooms feature new beds, cozy bedding, and blackout blinds — perfect for restful sleep during Alaska’s bright summer nights.

Downstairs, you’ll find a second living area with two twin beds (convertible to a king), two love seats, and its own TV — great for families, friends, or groups wanting extra space and privacy.

ENTRY & HOLD DETAILS

A short flight of six stairs leads to the front door.
We don’t require a security deposit — only an $800 pre-authorization hold placed one day before check-in and automatically released within seven days after checkout.

We do not allow the cleaning or processing/packaging of fish inside or outside the home.

No burning of candles or incense, vaping, or smoking of any kind is allowed in the home.

Please leave the property (furnishings, kitchen items, etc.) in the same location as you when you arrive.


We reserve the right to remove guests (without refund), who do not follow the house rules.
