Upgraded 3 bed 2 bath with all new appliances and furniture, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, 10 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon), close to stores and restaurants, e.g. CostCo, Walmart, fast WiFi, 1,094 sq. ft, dining table, 65" TV with Xfinity cable, roofed patio with patio table + BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 2 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 2-car garage with additional parking space.

This property has some good reviews so I thought it’d be a nice stay. First night we got there, there was an excessive amount of flies. I let the owner know & he brought over bug spray. The house wasn’t clean. The beds were made nicely but there was dead flies everywhere. There was some earwigs & we seen a roach inside of the home. The owner provides roach spray. This stay just wasnt the best

A True Value

My adult daughter, my 18-year-old grandson, my Labradoodle, and I traveled to Fresno for a long weekend. My grandson was involved in a Pokemon Tournament at the Fresno Convention Center. While he was doing that my daughter and I did some sight-seeing. The home was in a great location for all our needs. There was a ton of nearby shopping for groceries, etc. The home was exceptionally clean, it had obviously been remodeled. The beds had foam mattresses...medium-firm...very comfortable. The backyard was large and fenced-in. The essentials for cooking and laundry were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly as well. We were satisfied with our choice and would stay there again.

National Park vacation

We came to Fresno intent on exploring the national parks. We wanted a space where everyone could have a little privacy, and having two bathrooms was key in our choice. The house was exactly what we needed. I had originally booked thinking that one room had a bunk bed, and while it was disappointing to give over the living room as a bedroom, the house still provided everyone a bed and privacy. We were too busy to need much time in front of a tv anyway! Thank you for providing a clean home with very comfortable beds, laundry, everything we needed. It was so much better than any hotel!

Clean and great location

This property is very clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Beds are comfortable. We were 3 adults, and could have easily fit 2 more adults, or some kids very nicely. Great communications with the property manager and the assistant. Everything was ready on time for our arrival. Plenty of off street and street parking. We’ll be back in a month or so and hope to stay again! Highly recommend this property and these managers.

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean. The supplies were ready. The place was spacious for my dogs to run around. The hosts are always there to help. They understand my situation and try to help me right away.
