Located in the city center, you will have access to all shops, beaches, ports, restaurants on foot.
Located 10 minutes walk from the bus station, you will have access to all buses to get around the city of Antibes, or even Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, Golfe-Juan, Nice.

By car :
- NICE airport: 25 minutes
- Juan les Pins: 5 minutes
- Cannes: 25 minutes

Ponteil is a district of the commune of Antibes (06600). This district, with its urban landscape and lively atmosphere, is home to 3,755 residents who have an average age of 52, have comfortable incomes, live mostly as single people, and mainly own their homes. The neighborhood has, in the surrounding area, various services and infrastructures of transport, commerce, education, sport, leisure, culture, health and above all quick access to the beaches of Ponteil and Salis. These 2 long sandy beaches, Ponteil beach and Salis beach, are perfect for young children because they are shallow. A large car park, a sailing school and above all a Handi-beach point allow everyone to enjoy the joys of the water. These two beaches have lifeguard stations with lifeguards, toilets and showers.

Amazing location

Great location and super clean. Two mins from the beach. Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am) is something to bear in mind especially as you have to collect keys from a different location. If you’re travelling early or late with luggage as we were it wasn’t ideal. There also isn’t any facility to leave luggage the day you check out which considering how early check out is wasn’t great. But overall really would recommend, location couldn’t have been better and apt has everything you need.

Very good location and the property

We were a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 children and the flat did not feel too small. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Both rooms had good working air conditioner. Kitchen had all needed appliances and everything was in a very good condition. Flat was on the 1st floor and there was an elevator. Pretty nice balcony to sit in the evening. The place was quite and right next to a sandy beach. Though currents brought some jellyfish and one even stung my child. Needed to relocate to another beach which was about 20 minutes of walk. Totally recommend this place for a stay. Agency hooked me up on whatsapp and was pretty responsive even on Saturday/Sunday.

Fantastico

Siamo stati più che bene in questo appartamento, molto bello e in una posizione ottima, la grande terrazza poi è stata un plus non da poco per noi, famiglia di 4,l’abbiamo sfruttata molto per delle bellissime cene all’aria aperta e momenti di relax. Cucina completa, tutto funzionante e c’è tutto quello che serve per cucinare. Antibes é meravigliosa ma con un alloggio così ce la siamo goduta ancora di più.
