Ocean Views and fountains! Newly remodeled one bedroom ,2 bathrooms place. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Steps from the beautiful big beach Kamaole 3, 2 min driving to Wailea. Shops and restaurants just steps from it. Amazing location. This apartment has 2A/C , 2 TVs . King bed in the bedroom. queen size murphdy bed and full size sleeping sofai n in the living room. Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Bedding, bath towels , beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella.
6 people can sleep comfortably.

Great location

Close to nice beaches, restaurants, and shops. Had cooking supplies and beach stuff to use which was nice. Hard to get it cool at night for sleeping however. Otherwise a nice place to stay!

Kai Nani rental

Overall unit is nice. Check in was good. There were however some insect issues. We woke up to find a pastry container and about half the island covered in ants the first morning, and killed a big cockroach the second. Also, the breaker kept tripping anytime the microwave was used.

Gough Retreat

The pictures are out of date , need to be updated. Tv in bedroom did not work(there was no service) couldn’t get air conditioner to go below 73. Overall it was a good experience, clean and provided most of what we needed to feel comfortable. We fixed the beach umbrella as it would not stay open. Proximity to the beach was wonderful, no vehicle just walk and the affordability of the condo was appreciated .

Nice location!

This is a great location! Pros: 1. Condo is 2nd floor on the back building of the complex and really tucked away from kids/noise/and traffic. 2. While the lanai does not have an ocean view, it has feeling of being a fully tropical space, with a lush green palm, nice dining area and amazing am bird noises. 3. Kitchen and living room are freshly updated - Feel new. 4. This place is close to everything! You would probably not need a car. We rented one to explore the island but found 20+ restaurants, grocery, 2 theaters, 3 beach options, all within walking distance. 5. Comfy King bed, nice sheets, room is very dark and quiet - close all windows to avoid 3:30 am chicken alarm. Opportunities: 1. There is only one small air conditioner in the front room, and it takes a long time to cool the space when you arrive, particularly the bedroom. 2. Bathtub/shower is 4/10. There is a makeshift plug but water will not fill the bathtub. Grout looks grungy. 3. Need directions for TVs and 5 remotes. Bedroom is only your Netflix account. Host is super kind and very responsive! 1/3 cost of the resorts. We recommend!

Good central location. Plenty of space for 3 adults.

Renting the property was easy. It was our first time using VRBO to rent, so the communication process wasn’t as clear for us in terms of messaging and checking in

Great place

The place, location, management are great. The only but is: The bedroom faces a strip or wild bushy terrain with a lot of birds starting the concert around 3:30 am. If you a light sleeper better get earplugs. Still much better than the parking lot or a busy street.

Wonderful Condo

Kihei is a great place to stay to access any part of the island. Tianna's place has everything you need for a comfortable stay whether you are preparing food or eating out. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. She provides shampoo, conditioner, bar soap. Beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear too. AC doesn't cool the bedroom well, but this time of year we didn't need it.

Perfect Location and size

Tianna’s property is close to the border of Wailea. It is across from one of the public beaches and walking distance to all of Kihei shops and restaurants. Her unit is perfectly decorated and she has all the amenities. It’s ideal for 2 people but can comfortably fit 4 with the pull out sofa and still have plenty of room around it. Her unit is at the end of with a nice size lanai to sit to read and have coffee. She generously provides 2 beach chairs and towels. Tianna is very responsive and I would stay again.
