Great Location Not so great Cleanliness

Upon arrival condo was not as clean as we thought, walls were dirty and floors me and my husband bought cleaning supplies just to get rid of smell and dirt, the kitchen area had roaches other than that the condo was a great place

Hi Catalina! Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback, We're happy to hear that you liked the condo and sorry at the same time for the issues you encountered during your stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for us and our housekeepers work hard to ensure absolute cleanliness in each of our units. We are saddened to hear it wasn't so this time. You may rest assured that our housekeeping supervisor has been notified and actions will be taken to address the issue. We hope to have the opportunity of hosting you again in the future in view of regaining your trust as your vacation accommodation provider. Vivien
