This cute home was built in the 1930s and is newly renovated. Located in the heart of New Braunfels, we are just walking distance from the river, many restaurants, and so much more. We have WiFi, two smart TVs, a nice backyard with a charcoal grill, and a washer and dryer.

House needs a lot of work. Photos are very misleading. Lots of weird bugs. This isnt the first time ive been duped by vrbo photos. Gonna try harder next time so that this doesnt happen again. The one highlight was the location.

Everthing went well. Just could not get the dishwasher to work. Overall, well pkeased with the facilities.

Nice house

The house was perfect for my adult kids and I to stay at for a few days when we had a wedding to go to in New Braunfels. Very convenient to everything we planned to do. It is very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all the essentials and plus some. If your wanting a view or a nice plush yard for young kids this is not for you. But for the price it fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

New Braunfels stay

The house was very nice inside and out. The only problem we had was the internet (wifi) didn't work so therefore the kids couldn't get on their iPads or couldn't watch tv.

Cute bungalow

The property is good the only issue we had was having to wait to check in because property was not clean and we were not notified until literally about an hour before check in. Also the yard needs a little up keep.

Everything we needed!

We stayed with two families- a group of 7. The house had room for all of us to be comfortable, and plenty of hot water for our daily showers after the river! We loved having the full size washer/dryer to do laundry and the fenced in backyard. The driveway is long and had more than enough space for our 2 vehicles. The kitchen is new and spacious, but there are limited pots and pans and no ice maker in the freezer. We brought a griddle from home and bought a bag of ice for the freezer and it was perfect. The owner is very responsive and came quickly to pick up trash outside which was missed. The property is in the perfect location for all of our activities- Schlitterbahn, Gruene, and downtown New Braunfels are all within a few miles or a 5-10 minute drive. Faust bridge is a few blocks away and we walked there daily. Our last day we swam under the bridge and the kids had a blast! Overall we had a great time on our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Work in progress

This a great house in an amazing location! There were some issues with cleanliness though. We had fresh towels, but none of the bedding was clean. Bathrooms were not clean from previous lodgers. Either the cleaning crew isn’t doing their job or there isn’t a cleaning crew. I contacted our host and he was very apologetic and explained this was a new property for them. I really hope the cleaning situation gets remedied because this is a really cute place!! We would love to return if so!!

Great Rental

This property is located near anything you could want or need on a trip/vacay. Under a 10 minute drive from the Comal floating entrances and a 5 minute WALK to a nice quiet spot on the Guadalupe. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely a nice property and affordable as well.
