Welcome to our cozy, modern home! We are happy to serve as host for your St. Augustine stay! While we are new to VRBO, we launched this rental property in early 2021 on other rental platforms and are proud to report we have 20 5-star reviews on Airbnb with status of "super host"! Our house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bath, large kitchen and main room. 2 minute drive to grocery, 8 minutes to downtown, intercostal, and beach, and across the street from large family friendly park perfect for running, playing, and fishing. Many good restaurants within short driving distance. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Patio out back. Two parking spaces available in driveway.

About our home:
Beautiful modern, minimalist design. Large TV and entertainment room, beautiful dining table for 6 and additional seating for 4 at the oversized kitchen island. Patio out back to enjoy the palm trees on a sunny day or sunset at night. Laundry room included. Full house water filtration system and purified drinking water.
There is community pool just steps from the house, we will provide a key to access this amenity. There is not pool inside the house, however there is a community pool to enjoy year-round for guest use.

House south of St. Augustine

This house was a very nice house to stay in with my family. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. There was a nice back yard with a grill. The neighborhood was quiet and had a community pool. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful experience. It was ideal for overflow guests for my daughter's graveside services. I would make a couple of suggestions. It would be helpful if we had been told that installing the app wAs necessary to communicate about checking in. Given the occasion, we didn't pay much attention to installing the app. Also, there were no batteries in the remotes. While our occasion didn't include TV watching, it my for other guests. We noticed when we couldn't turn on lights. However, the property and stay made up for those two details.

This place was AMAZING! The best vrbo I have ever stayed in! We came to spend Christmas with our kids...the house was decorated inside and out! Fully stocked with everything we needed, great communication from the host. Two thumbs up...we will stay here again!!

Really nice space with everything we needed. Location is great. Owners were quick to respond to my questions and were very nice. No complaints. I would stay here again.

The only issue was we couldn’t get the cable in the living room to work..

2 Day Birthday Weekend

Because of the open floor plan, it lends to conversations, spending time together and playing board games. This was a very special birthday so we wanted time to be together and close enough to St. Augustine where we could walk around and and return back to the house without wasting time. The house was spacious and clean. It also had all the kitchen utensils you could need. Suggestions: Master bath shower is quite slick. Husband almost fell. Maybe add a hand bar? Provide better toilet paper. Provide dishwasher detergent. Provide additional blankets. Thank you!

Our home is perfect for large groups or families (sleeps 6 comfortably) who are seeking a private, quiet, and convenient location to rewind and relax! Our home is perfectly located close to all St. Augustine attractions including downtown St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach and the intercoastal -- all within a 10 minute drive. Additionally, the property is directly across the street from Treaty Park, the largest family-friendly park in town (park includes playground, dog park, skate park, basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, hiking trail, and large reservoir for fishing). Our home is in a very family-friendly, quiet, and safe neighborhood and includes a community pool for guest use. Grocery stores, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants and shops within 5 min drive from property. Minutes from I-95 and Route US-1.
