Quaint Park Model located at Hidden Ponds RV Resort is ready for your enjoyment. Completely furnished small bedroom with Queen bed, plus a loft area for kids, and a 300+ sq ft, 3 season sunroom with a 'wall of windows' is attached. The cottage is furnished with bed and bath linens and all the kitchenware you need for a relaxing weekend away from home.

The host was very inattentive. We never received check in information from the host. Home was not clean or ready when we arrived at 4. He advised internet, WiFi and Roku. None of that worked. After contacting listed host nothing was done. Back deck was dirty and need some lawn care attention. We did not have wash clothes, dish clothes, dish soap or hand soap. An entire mess. We ended leaving early because we could not work remotely. We have tried to contact the host with no response. We won’t be back.

Excellent Stay

The location and property were awesome and very clean. One point of improvement would be the internet connection. Cell service was limited, so it would’ve been good to have a strong internet signal. TV was also not functioning to weak signal. Office indicated they are working on improvements.

Good place to stay

Location was nice, peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes to get to downtown area. Would stay there again!

Great PlaceTo Stay!

Very nice place! Just a very short drive to downtown, or anywhere else. House was clean, perfectly described, and was ready for us. Will definelty be coming back, and telling anyone headed that way.

Clean and neat.

Our stay was nice. Property was clean and nicely equipped. We run into little snug trying to find it. Manager's communication wasn't entirely on time and clear. Other then that, the owner that checked on us, was the nicest person you may be.

Beautiful little cottage

This was a perfect little spot for my family of 4 and our puppy. Right across the street from the pool. Fire pit was great. We would stay again.

Perfect Location!!

First the hosts we're very accommodating. Literally booked the night before, then arrived earlier than planned and in both instances they worked with me. The location is perfect. 8 minutes from South Beach, down town, restaurants, Meijer. 30 minutes from St. Joseph Beach. Unit is also right across the street from the pool. Downfalls -when I arrived the TV was broken... told the hosts assistant as well as the host, never received a replacement, thank God I had my laptop to keep my son entertained for "wind-down time" but that also stopped me from getting any work done so I ended up having to take 2 days of unplanned time off. Unit is not ideal for children under 2/3 years old due to many reasons. But most importantly all modems, phone, internet stuff is on a table for them to touch. Thankfully my son is extremely well behaved for his age and after a few "no's" we left things alone. Parts of blinds were broken in livingroom, and sliding doors in "sun room" don't lock. There is no play ground, but there is a dog park, that was a plus. No way to make it dark for nap times, blind in the bedroom doesn't close all of the way due to a window AC unit and no space for pack and play or anything of that size.. Landscaping could use some work but really not that important in my opinion. Honestly if it was just me, or me and another adult this unit would have been 5 stars. Wouldn't recommend 6 people unless you'll be out exploring for 99% of the time. But location is perfect 👌 fire pit is awesome, and for a chance to get away close to a beach I 100% recommend. Just not ideal for young children who need naps and are still learning the things in the world. I'd go back (without my son lol)

This RV cottage is located in Hidden Ponds RV Resort, a newer RV park/resort that has a nice heated pool, pickleball court, dog park and plenty of walking areas around the 2 ponds and small lake on site. RVers are fun people who typically say hello and smile, and the RV Resort has over 70 sites and most of these are rented by seasonal RV couples/families who are on 'permanent fun vacation'.

the RV resort tends to be a quiet place, that attracts wildlife and nature type benefits to enjoy, from birds to deer to turkey and fish and frogs. The roads are ~26 feet wide with 10mph speed limits and are covered with asphalt millings to minimize dust. The park is clean and well maintained with firewood and ice available, often on an honor payment system. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Fun people enjoy the RV resort (www.hiddenpondsrvresort.com.) all summer, a heated pool, pickleball court and dog park are available to use and enjoy.

The resort town of South Haven and the beaches of Lake Michigan are less than 2 miles away (a 5-6 minute easy drive) along with many boutique shoppes and great eateries!
