Beautiful individual villa, semi-detached on 1 side, ideally located 200m from the beach, 2 steps from the market and close to all shops, in the heart of the Marseillan-Plage resort.
3-room villa + mezzanine of around 80m2 on 150m2 plot, exposed south. Private car park. Large living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, mezzanine, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs. Shed, and large barbecue. Villa adapted for people with reduced mobility.
SLEEPING: 6 people max. BEDROOM 1: 2 twin beds 90cm. BEDROOM 2: 140cm bed. MEZZANINE: 140cm bed.
KITCHEN: American fridge, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner induction hob, microwave. SANITARY: 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and WC. 2nd separate WC. 4 TV / Electric shutters and skylights / Fully air-conditioned villa. Stone barbecue. Top-of-the-range services.
MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H.
Deposit 450 € + 70 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing with the traveler.
