No Resort Fees.... This is an Independently-owned and managed 874 sqft executive luxury condo. This condo has a full separate1 bedroom with a king size bed, and 2 full baths private condo with a balcony. Also has a queen-size pullout sleeper couch. Can comfortably sleep 4 people.

This luxury condo contains, a full kitchen, dining area, and a generous living room with a flat screen 42inch HDTV, includes cable and free WIFI.

Master bedoom has its own HDTV and a large private full bathroom with a jacuzzi hot tub and shower and double sinks.

Private Balcony with a view of the TOP Golf / Mountains.

The Signature also contains a Starbucks / Cafe / workout facility / a small business center and a private pool.

Centrally located and a short walk to the Vegas Strip. Connected to MGM GRAND via air conditioned moving walkways that takes you into the MGM Grand Casino from the Signature buildings.

Close to the MGM casinos and the Las Vegas Strip and some world-renowned restaurants, food court, nightclubs, convention centers and concert venues, and the new Allegiant Stadium!

Great corner spot in Tower three, super easy access to MGM Grand where I had a conference to attend. Valet was super easy and convenient. Would 100% book again.

It was a nice condo, the sink in the master room wasn’t working but other than that it was great and will Book again.It was close to the strip, easy to get an uber in the lobby and clean

Overall enjoyed our stay, had access to all MGM pools and host was extremely responsive. There was no way we could have enjoyed our stay with a toddler and infant in a basic hotel room. A little bit dated and worn (could use some updating), specifically the couch bed (realistically unusable). Missing some basics (strainer, more than 2 giant coffee mugs, cooking utensils, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, roku remote but no working firestick we could find). Check out process was horrible sine front desk didn't open until 5, we needed to catch a plane and leave at 5 and had to go to a different tower to check out since the TV checkout and mobile checkout both were not working.

Also usually the TV Screen menu is the easiest to check out. Expectations vs reality were a little different. You cannot check into this property 1 second before the check in time. We provided there would be 4 guests. The space was only set up to accommodate 2. The listing said King bed, Futon, and Queen bed. There isnt a futon and the queen bed is a sleeper sofa. We had to hunt for sheets. We only found 11 pillowcases and no sheets for the sofa bed. Reached out to the owner a few times and he was very responsive. However his cleaning crew delayed the delivery and when they did arrive they smelled so much like weed they were unusable. We even had to leave them out in the hallway. Other than this the rental was nice and suited our needs for our short stay.

Melanie, thank you for your review and your feedback. Generally the King Size bed and the Queen size sleeper couch can usually accomodate up to 4 people in the condo. My cleaning crew usually leaves additional items in the master bedroom closet. I will address these items with my cleaning crew to ensure they are supplying the items as needed. We have had a busy Spring season, but I will make sure they are handling the supplies in between guests. I appreciate the feedback and I will address these inconveniences with my cleaning crew. Joe

The responsiveness of the host was excellent. The unit was just as described and fit our needs just right. The location of the property was central and very walkable to many restaurants, venues and activities. The LV monorail was also on property which was super convenient.
