***Please note Surf Club condo association requires a one-week minimum rental period and no pets allowed***

This lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath condo aims to please with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean! Upon entry, you will immediately notice the property provides tons of natural light from the enormous slider leading to the warm ocean breezes on the expansive patio. Listen to the waves crash the beach while watching the incredible sunrises.

Surf Club 1204 has new furnishings throughout. The master suite sports a plush king bed and more gorgeous views of the ocean with yet another slider leading to the patio. The 2nd bedroom features two bunk beds for extended family and friends. Come see what Surf Club is about, book now!

Great location for peace and quiet.

We love this part of the coast. We usually stay with family in the area but due to Covid had to book this condo very last minute. Everything was clean and as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Another great week.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It is clean and well kept. We love the seclusion of this area and will likely continue to return.

Surf Club 1204 - a little slice of heaven.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment you step through the door and see the view of the ocean over the dunes you know this is a little slice of heaven. The living room and master suite have floor to ceiling sliders that provide fantastic views. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. Plenty of linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The appliances are a bit dated but it perfect working order. The amenities are outstanding with resort style pools, beach walk overs and access to the intercostal through their sister property across the street. Gated security and underground parking garage are also a plusThe management company is fantastic. The best we’ve ever dealt with. We asked for an early check in, no problem. We had a minor maintenance issue with the TV, they were there in a flash. We asked for late check out, again no problem. If they can accommodate they do!Highly recommend Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals, Surf Club l unit 1204 and the Surf Club community.

Surf Club - Super Ocean Front Location with Great Amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property shows pride of ownership throughout. Immaculate grounds and common areas. The unit we rented was well appointed with fairly new furnishing in all rooms. The appliances worked fine but were older than expected.The ocean view from the master and living area is fantastic. Beautiful Sunrise! Great location. A short drive to everything St Augustine and Palm Coast has to offer.A solid 4.5 Stars! A couple of things kept this from being a 5 star review. One of the three pools was closed for maintenance. A second pool was also closed for a few days for painting. We will definitely return.
