A gem on the beach

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo. It's right on the beach and we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The condo has just about everything you might need for a fun and relaxing trip. It's located near several restaurants and a market. The concierges for Tropical Homes of CR were great to work with. They met us at the condo for check in, plus helped arrange trips and airport transport. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Pacific Beach condo

Our family of four loved our stay here. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could need (the coolers and chairs to take to the beach were a wonderful surprise). Access to laundry was super helpful. The condo is perfectly located; a close drive to some wonderful beaches yet a quieter location to return home to at the end of the day. Sunsets were amazing. Definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks for sharing it with us Karen and family!

Excellent location

The views and location are spectacular. The condo is everything the description says and more. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommend this unit and will be back sometime.

Exceeded expectations

This condo was perfect for out 12 day trip to Costa Rica. The location was perfect for us. The condo was quiet and right on the beach. We were happy to be close enough to walk to the Marina (via the beach), but far enough away from Playa Flamingo that it was peaceful. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you all for making our stay perfect!!!

Beautiful quiet paradise

Our week stay was fantastic! Morning SUPs, walks on the beach, swimming in the ocean, dinners at local restaurants, sunsets while lounging on the deck… Other beaches in the area were lovely but had paid parking and had vendors hawking. The unit had everything we needed and we had very comfy sleeps. 2 bathrooms is a bonus when travelling with 2 teen girls.

Beautiful Sunsets!

This is a very nicely decorated condo with a great balcony that has a beautiful view of the sunsets. 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 nice bathrooms. The kitchen only has room for 2 people to work in and be careful of the stove…it’s an ignitor light so make sure you’re familiar with how to start it before you do. The condo is central to several great beaches and a very short walk to the beach right in front of the balcony. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Costa Rica!

First trip to Costa Rica

We enjoyed our trip! Three of us one of our adult daughters, my husband and my self stayed here for 6 days. It is right on the beach, within walking distance to several restaurants and cute little places. Happy We picked here to stay. Didn't venture into the other regions of Costa Rica, travel is slower there then in the us. And there was so much beauty close that was not interested in waisting relax and explore time with travel.

Great condo at the end of the road in Surf side. Plenty of room. Clean with good amenities. Walk to restaurants by beach or road.

What a find!

This is our second time staying at this complex in Playa Potrero, our first time in this unit. This is the BEST Vrbo we’ve ever rented! Here are a few reasons why: It was exceptionally clean. The decor was bright and colorful and homey. The kitchen was very well-equipped with cooking utensils and high quality pots and pans (a rarity in Costa Rica in my experience). There was a hall closet stocked with towels, both bath and for the beach. There were also extra blankets (which we didn’t need). There was another hall closet with a huge DVD collection (which we utilized one rainy night) and board games. And in the closet by the front door there are 4 beach chairs and beach toys for kids. There is a washer and dryer, air conditioning and the hot water works great. The view of the sunset from the large window in the living room and from the deck outside is incredible. The complex is quiet and has a nice pool with a beachside view. If I return to Playa Potrero again, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation and digital nomad place

This property owner thought of every last detail for this beautiful condominium from the decorations, the appliances, pots, pans, utensils and even the internet speeds. My wife and I were on vacation coming from Arizona and we were looking at properties in the Tamarindo area and we had to work part of the days we were there and this place was just perfect in every way!! My wife and I set up our work station on the dining table because we had a perfect view of the beach all day and the super fast internet at the property made it feel like we were working from the office. The decorations and comfort of confo made us feel like we were at home. The location is perfect with the beach steps from the condo and the pool to relax some more after the beach made this even better. There are restaurants at walking distance or 3 to 5 minute drive. Lastly, this beach is beautiful and most of the time we did not see more than 10 people at a time while we were on the beach so it was almost lik we had the beach to ourselves. We loved this place and we hope to be back very soon. Thank you very much Karen!

Very quiet and safe.

The condo is clean and comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. Beach is never crowded, but be aware that a stream enters adjacent to the property and in heavy rains has a noticeable effect on the ocean's water quality. Check in was necessarily late because we got in on an evening flight. A few details got dropped -- The first morning the door to the patio was locked and the key hidden. The propane had not been turned on, but all was sorted out pretty quickly for a Sunday morning. Otherwise everything worked well and the patio is perfect!! The security was not noticeable until we set off an alarm no one had mentioned at check-in, but that the weekly maid had set, then the guard was there in seconds -- very impressive! I would definitely recommend to a friend who was looking for a quiet place out of the party scene. The local markets are quite good.

Absolutely perfect!

I loved everything about my stay here. We arrived later than I expected, but someone was there to personally welcome us and show us around. The condo is stunning!!! My only regret is not staying longer! The view is unbeatable! The condo is clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. Kitchen is fully stocked. They also have plenty of towels and even games and puzzles. We had an issue with WiFi that was fixed promptly and without any inconvenience. Thank you, Karen, for sharing your beautiful home. This was the trip of a lifetime!

A Big Relief

My friend and I had some crazy busy and hard days in Nosara and your place was a welcome relief! We rested down by the beach and the pool and went out to dinner in the town. Your condo had everything we needed except Wifi. But everything else was awesome!

Great location

The condo truly has an amazing view, balcony is very spacious to spend out watching the sea. Condo has everything you need and very clean. There are quite a few restaurants steps away and close by supermarkets with everything, very convenient.

Great Spot in Potrero

This was our first time in Potrero but probably not our last. We loved this little town. The beach is very nice and everything seems to be relatively close-by. Many restaurants/bars within walking distance. This condo is towards the end of town down a dead-end road but still very convenient to everything. Condo looks right out on the beach and is well appointed and everything worked great.

Gem of a home!

We loved our stay here. The ocean view/access is unbeatable, we literally felt like it was all ours. The home is a short walk on the beach to great restaurants and also the town store/ activities center. Communication was great from owner and agency in town to help with all of our questions. We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this condo. Kalli has thought of all the little details to make your stay perfect, even labeling all of the wall switches for lights, fans, AC, etc. The location is amazing and the views and sunsets are spectacular. It felt like home, only better! We felt very safe, and it was convenient to restaurants, shops, and many other beaches in the area. The property manager/concierge met us there to check in and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The dryer wasn't working and he had someone there within a couple of hours to get it fixed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect

The place was beautiful, extremely clean, and very well organized, along with the most spectacular view. Communications with Kalli and property manager were excellent. Family Vacation

The property was just as beautiful as in the photos and as described in the listing. Arturo was there to greet us and was very helpful and available throughout our stay. The owner took many details into consideration to make the guest feel at home. Great place, great location. The internet, not so good. Hopefully it will be upgraded soon. Even without that, when we don’t have to have wifi meetings we will comeback for sure.

Wonderful location

Enjoyed diving with Connect Ocean off the beach at the Sailing Club. Loved the view from the condo every morning. The property management and owner was super attentive to our needs.
