Escape to this serene three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home nestled in the mountains and surrounded by lush forest, offering privacy, tranquility, and a true connection with nature. Monkeys and tropical wildlife are often seen around the property, creating a unique Costa Rican experience.

The home features an open-concept living room and kitchen, designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Two of the bedrooms include en suite bathrooms, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in the other two bedrooms, providing comfort for families or small groups.

Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool set in nature and an outdoor barbecue area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The house is located up the hill on a well-paved road; a rental car is required. Situated in a gated community with 24-hour security, the property is just a 7-minute drive to Tamarindo.

A perfect home for our family of 5 to enjoy. The location was a short drive from Tamarindo, with the friendliest security staff. We had walked throughout the neighborhood, catching amazing views. The house itself was ideal for relaxation, enjoying family time together an of course a cool off in the pool.

Property well kept just like pictures show. Beautiful property and saw howler monkeys and beautiful birds. No hot tub as listed and would be great if there was vacuumed on site because the floors did get grimy (broom wasn’t enough)

Comfortable villa

We loved our stay at the villa. After little over 2 weeks of activities and lots of travelling in Costa Rica, the villa offered us all we needed! Comfortabel beds, a fantastic pool and space for everyone to do their own thing. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great property!

The house was just as described! We were delighted with the pool and really enjoyed the wildlife during our stay! The beds were very comfortable and we took advantage of the kitchen and the outdoor grill! Overall, we would love to stay here again if our travels ever take us back to Tamarindo!

Beautiful Stay in the Hills

Beautiful home nestled in a neighborhood in the hills near Tamarindo. Great location with shops a short drive away. We made great use of the fantastic kitchen that was well equipped for family meals by the pool. Lovely to hear the birds and wildlife including howler monkeys! Great stay!

We recently stayed here second week of December. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The gated community and security is 5 stars. The security guys at the door and on patrol were all very nice and helpful. We definitely felt safe at this property. The property itself is gorgeous and very spacious. We enjoyed the pool as well as the grill to bbq some meat from the local carnicería. Some animals did come out to say hi during our stay, except for the monkeys which we were bummed about. The A/C and fans worked in every room so no problem keeping cool since it was very humid and hot during our trip. We would definitely like to return to this property someday. Perfect location.

Casa Suenos was our favourite accommodation of our 2 week trip. The house is gorgeous and spacious. It is well situated for travel into Tamarindo and a plentiful amount of beaches nearby. We saw howler monkeys in the trees in the backyard as well as igunas and butterflies. The pool was pristine and clean and we made good use of it during our stay. Shout out to Joustine who booked horse back riding, massages, estuary tour and in-home chef for us - it was nice to have conceirge services with the house so you can pre-plan your days and make the most of your time there. We would love to stay again in this magical place. Pura Vida!

We loved our time in Costa Rica and especially loved the accommodations! The house was in an ideal location - private yet a very short distance to town and minutes away from Tamarindo. The home itself is wonderful! We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas - watching the butterflies and hummingbirds and hearing the calls of the howler monkeys. The pool was used daily and every convenience you can think of was provided. Thank you again for sharing your amazing home for a memorable vacation!
