Loved having a comfortable home to return to each evening.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. With the weather cooler than we were expecting we had a comfortable place to return to and watch TV or play table games which I brought along. Everything we needed we could find in the house including a blow dryer which I hadn’t packed. Home cooked breakfasts were yummy and relaxing. Place was super clean. This was our first time vacationing in a rental home and I’m glad my family encouraged me in this direction. Brett was very helpful before and during our rental.

Relaxing

The owner was very helpful in all aspects of our stay, from beginning to rental process through departure. Brett was very kind and attentive to our concerns. He was very open to our communications. We had a very great and relaxing time. The location placed us close to many of the attractions of the area.

Convenient Location Close To Area Attractions

Very convenient location right off I-275, close to gulf beaches, Fort DeSoto, downtown St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater—-all the area’s attractions. The house was very nice and comfortable for a larger family or for accommodating guests. The full-sized washer and dryer was an added bonus which made trips to the beach an easy clean up. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great house in convenient location

The house is very clean and also well-appointed. It has everything necessary for food preparation, linens, including plenty of beach towels, beach toys, etc. The house is easy to clean with just enough furniture for comfort but not cluttered. I appreciated having paper products available on arrival as well as things like coffee filters, condiments, plastic bags. The televisions are set up with direct tv as well as Roku, netflix and other services. The location for us was ideal. Short drive to Tierra Verde, Fort DeSoto, St. Pete Beach area, and also very close to restaurants, supermarkets. There are wonderful bike trails a few blocks away. The owner was very accessible and responded immediately to my request for help on a few things. The garage is also available. They had little night lights on, too, a nice touch in an unfamiliar house. This is a great house! I'd come again.

Perfect and close to Eckerd

We were here for Eckerd's graduation so spent relatively little time in the house. It was spotless when we arrived, and when we had a question, Brett was very quick to reply. We would happily stay here again.

Very nice, clean and spacious home in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for our vacation!

The owner, Brett was super. He was very prompt on replying to inquiries we had before our travels and even during our stay. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults to share and have their own space with a private backyard and porch. The location of the home was great. Not too far of a drive to visit the Tampa Aquarium, Sunken Gardens and the beaches! We had a wonderful few days. If we were to visit the St. Pete area we'd contact Brett to rent again.

Wonderful home!

Everything was exactly as shown, and the home was clean and very hospitable! Lots of space to work and play. Great location, close to multiple beaches and shopping centres, very accessible by the nearby highways. Brett checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was okay and to recommend places to visit. Very good communication with us and made us feel right at home!

Excellent Experience

We stayed for 4 days at this home for a wedding. It is very well located and close to the beaches. The house is spotless and excellent for families. Owner communicated well and allowed us early check in and late check out. Highly recommend!!

Location location!

Brett's property was right near all the major highways to get you all over florida. It was clean, neat and well maintained. It was in a nice neighborhood very near a grocery store and a drugstore within walking distance. Brett gets back to you within minutes to solve any problems there might be or questions you might have.. My sisters and I had a relaxing month there.

Terrific Rental Home

We loved our week long stay at this spacious, beautiful home in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. A five minute walk to a Publix grocery store and liquor store, fast food and sit down restaurants. An even shorter walk to a great freshly caught seafood restaurant at the marina. Prior to our arrival we had some concerns about being too far from things but it was not the case. Only a five minute drive or taxi ride to the beaches and bars. We are already looking forward to next year.

Nice Rental Home

We spent the end of December and all of January in this lovely home. It is located in a quiet residential area with many walking paths. Many of the local attractions are just a short drive, including the beautiful beaches and Fort DeSoto. The spacious home was well furnished and the extra beds were nice to have when our family came to visit over the holidays. Plenty of things to do such as Farmers Markets, Craft Fairs, and Flea Markets. Tampa is about an easy 30 minute drive. The owners were extremely easy to work with and we thank them for welcoming us into their home.

Great Rental

House was very comfortable and clean. Appliances are relatively new and in good working condition. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is in short travel distance too all of St Pete, both shopping and sightseeing. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Perfect place for this traveler

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It has everything needed for this tired traveler. I was there with the guys and needed a place to hang my hat rather than a hotel. We were all comfortable given the accommodations. Loved the grill, although we did have to fill the tank, but I'm sure your next guests will appreciate it too. We too own a rental in Florida, so knowing how to stock the unit is just as important as location, location, location. Thanks Brett!

Perfect for our family!

The house was just as described/pictured. It was great to have a place to come and relax after a busy day and the kids and parents had their own space which was a major plus! Going to our own home after our trip with little to no laundry to wash was wonderful... could still relax when we got home. The owners also allowed use of their beach toys/towels and were available to answer questions when needed. Thanks for making our vacation peaceful!

Great house in a great area -

We (2 couples - seniors) stayed in this house Feb/March 2014. This home presents itself as large, bright, well furnished overall and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The full size washer and dryer and the little clothes line outside was great. Both beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning/heating system keeps the house nice. This is a lovely area of St. Petersburg, easy to get to major hwys and beach areas. Very friendly neighbourhood with well maintained properties felt clean and safe, great for walking and very close to everything. It was nice to have the covered deck area especially on those rainy days and we made full use of the BBQ. Especially nice was the free internet and telephone use, easy to keep in touch with family from Ontario as it was free long distance throughout North America. TV in both bedrooms and living room was great. Property was clean and well maintained. The owner Brett was accessible and very accommodating. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Beautiful home, convenient to everything, highly recommend!

Staying in this beautiful home was leaps and bounds above any hotel we could have stayed at during our recent visit to St Petersburg. The home has a great layout and feels much larger than 1900 square feet. Everything was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable! We had a great time playing in the very private backyard with our young children. Commication with the owner, Brett, was excellent! He went out of his way to give us suggestions for places to eat and things to do. If you are traveling with children, be sure to check out Great Explorations, the children's museum in St Pete. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again without a doubt!

Highly Recommended!!

Well maintained property. I am originally from Florida. I came down to celebrate my mom's birthday. I usually stay with my mom. However this time my kids wanted to bring their boyfriend and girlfriend. Due to respect of my mom and her house. I decided to rent Brett's property. This is truly a Home Away from Home. Beautiful, quite area with all of the amenities including a Grill in the back yard. I will never stay at a Hotel again. Close to everything, including the Beach, less than 10 minutes to my mom's house. I’m getting ready to book June 2014 trip. Clean, huge rooms, gorgeous living area and an amazing Kitchen. 2 Full bath and 1/2 bath that includes a washer and dryer. Who could ask for more? I felt safe and very comfortable. this is an excellent vacation home for far less than you would pay in a 4star hotel in the area.nearby to all areas NSEW of home base within an hours ride,BUT would not recomend SKYWAY JACKS. food far too greasy. all in all a very good home

Great Vacation !

My family stayed for 10 days in St Peterburg. Had a great time. The house was great. . Nice kitchen, fully stocked with all the necessary items. huge comfy master bedroom, and ensuite. It was always nice and cool when we came home after a day at the beach. The owner called us at the house to make sure everything was satisfactory and was very willing to help with information on area. We drove to the various beaches- which were v nice. The water was very warm!!! Parking was not a problem. Drove to Busch gardens and the water park.. The route was fairly direct- the traffic can be busy depending on the time of day. We all loved both parks and would recommend them. Rented a car from Enterprise in St Peterburg - found driving around very good. The grocery store- Publix- was walking distance from the house. Restaurant and fast food places, pharmacy and walmart - all close to the house if driving. Really enjoyed our stay- and the house rental ..

We are unable to use it all year long so we have listed our home on this site and we invite you to stay at our humble abode. We have enjoyed our experience with vacation rentals so far as we have met some fantastic people from around the world while they use our home. We are very accommodating and we are willing to do what it takes to help you enjoy yourself during your stay.

Our place has plenty of amenities to feel right at home and it is situated very close to the beaches, malls, airports, golf courses, freeways, theme parks, nature preserves and of course plenty of restaurants. What more could you ask for?

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our property different than others? As soon as you arrive, you will immediately feel that sense of it being your home away from home. Some rentals have a cold, industrial feel to them or they are badly outdated. We have gone that extra length to make our place feel like a second home to both us and our guests. Many have commented that they have experienced an emotional tie to our home while staying there and often book it again before they leave. Just remember, at the end of the rental, you have to return our home to us, haha.
