Beautiful Riverview Townhome 2 Bedrooms/ 3 Full Baths!
Enjoy all the beauty Cape Cod has to offer from our centrally located townhome. 3 spacious floors of living! Each floor has a full bath and small balcony with views of the Santuit River and marshland.
The main floor has a living area, kitchen, entertainment island with seating for 4, Queen guest room with TV, W&D. The lower level offers a spcaious gathering area, dining table, Kitchenette, full bath, and access to the back patio with a grill. There is a blow up queen mattress for sleeping.
The Primary Suite is located upstairs with a king bed and spacious bath and small deck.
The entire home has been updated!The Cotuit Bay Clubhouse has a salt water pool, dog park and Pickleball courts.
Close to beaches, shopping, ferries, restuarants, golf, tennis, peicklball, walking trails and kyaking! You won't be bored in this community! This is a prefect location for day trips to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown and Boston!
