Ocean Pointe 2BR Retreat Ocean View, Pool, Marina & Resort Amenities

There is no better place for a Florida Keys Getaway than the beautiful Ocean Pointe Suites of Tavernier. Located between Key Largo and Islamorada, the "Reel Stoked" unit is appropriately named, allowing you to take advantage of the best fishing, diving, and tropical adventures nearby.

The space
Reel Stoked has been recently remodeled with tile floors throughout and updated bathrooms. The chef's kitchen boasts granite countertops, dishwasher, an electric flat top and a double wall oven. You will enjoy the Caribbean feel displayed throughout with warm woods, bright colors, and island decor. Everything you require is here for your stay, all you need to do is pack your suitcase.

When you've finished exploring the Keys for the day or prefer to relax on site, the community's many amenities are sure to please.
The pool area is just steps away from our unit, along with the tennis courts. Or, take a short stroll to the ocean front beachy area. Sit out on the pier and enjoy the views and breezy ocean air.

Enjoy the convenience of the on-site paddleboard and kayak rentals (additional daily charge for these items)

Marina Slips and trailer parking is available on a first come first serve basis through the Ocean Point community. If you wish to bring a boat down please inquire first to ensure storage space is available. Boat reservations MUST be made before arrival.

Jet skis, campers, unapproved trailers, RV's and pets are prohibited within the community.

We hope your "Reel Stoked" to stay in this tropical paradise as much as we are to have you!

Getting around
Reel Stoked is located in Tavernier. Centrally located between Islamorada and Key Largo, you are a short drive to all things adventure! Catch a nearby fishing, diving, or snorkel charter, book a jet ski or kayak tour, visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, shop in Islamorada and pick up some local art, or try some delicious fresh fish at one of the nearby local eateries. A scenic 1 hour drive to Marathon and a 2 hour drive to Key West, Reel Stoked is the perfect spot to plant your feet for your Florida Keys getaway!

A wonderful property in a great location! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well decorated. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. Ample free parking and an easy check in process made the experience even better. The shared pool and beach area was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun few days in the Keys

Great property and a great host. Easy to get around to shops and restaurants. Not a bad ride to Key West, only 2 hrs and you can stop in marathon if you want to take a break.

Lovely condo

The property was very nice. Just as described and pictured. We enjoyed the pool and many activities were within a short drive. Nicely appointed kitchen. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for allowing us to visit!

Great stay

Our stay was good, the room looks just like the pictures. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was bc the elevator was broke the whole time so we had to carry heavy bags and coolers up the stairs and the pool was HOT, like bath water so we couldn’t really spend the day there bc it’s too hot outside and not refreshing.

Saltwater Sixteenth

We traveled to the Keys to take our son and his friends offshore fishing for his 16th birthday. Reel Stoked provided a great landing spot for our crew. Clean, convenient and with plenty of amenities, we would definitely recommend it and stay again in the future.

Amazingly appointed, very comfortable and just perfect for our use. Modern conviniences and bathrooms, tons of towels and everything you’ll need. The welcome package was a surprise and welcome at check-in. Would absolutely use again in the future.

We won’t forget our “Keys”

Perfect for our family. We didn’t spend too much time in the condo, but rather out exploring. It was a very clean a comfortable place to call our home away from home for a few days. Nice amenities, updated through out, lots of towels. The staff at the check in booth were not exactly the most helpful with our late night arrival- but after that it was smooth sailing. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place

The space is clean, modern. It is one unit in a complex of several buildings each with several units. Nearby pool. If the cafe/pub are important to you, better check with owner/management. . These were closed on my stay. Kitchen modern, well equipped. My only recommendation would be for oven safe cookery- eg, crockpot or all steel dutch oven. Pan-ware on hand only suitable for stove top.

Great unit in Tavernier

This unit is well decorated and clean. We enjoyed the larger bed options in this unit compared to what is offered in rest of complex. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The management company ensured I had check-in information and travel ideas ahead of time. We did have a problem with the door lock and management answered the phone right away and came to fix. Really enjoyed the pool. It's large enough for lots of people. Even though the pool bar is not open, the food truck was convenient. We would stay at this complex and this unit in particular again!

Great condo

The number one thing i appreciate in a rental is cleanliness and this place has it! I appreciated the updated interior and the ease of checkin. The central location worked well for our trip this time. We dove in key largo and did a deep sea fishing trip out of islamorada and this place was in the middle of the 2. The areas that need improvement the towels and sheets. There was only one wash cloth in the unit and some of the towels were a little worn and stained. The beds were very comfortable with the memory foam, but microfiber sheets are hot. Cotton sheets are a necessity at the beach imo. As a group of 3 adults we appreciated the larger beds in the guest room. We would stay here again in the future.

Good location.

Location great, communication with company was good. Condo does not have the best equipped kitchen. Master room had a king bed , which took up the whole room. Bumped our legs many times on the corners. Only 1 side table. Construction going on and we were told about it after we were all unpacked and settled in. They offered to move us but we chose to stay. They should have assigned us a different unit before arrival.

Reel Stoked (3202) at Ocean Pointe Suites

Very nice condo in a great facility. Great pool and beach area. Condo does need a couple of things. The white chair shown in the pictures isn’t there and is needed. Considering that as many as six guests could rent, there needs to be seating for more than three people. Kitchen needs new skillets. Also, when we checked in there was long black hair in areas on the floor and in the shower drains. The floor also needs a good scrubbing as just one trip across the room leaves one’s feet black. I would rent this place again and would look forward to giving it a 5 star rating next time.

We loved the location, the pool, the beach, the island Grill the Pickleball courts all were very conveniently located and very beautiful

We chose a unit in Ocean Pointe because it perfectly blends the charm of the Florida Keys with the ease and comfort of resort-style living. This gated community offers an unbeatable location between Key Largo and Islamorada—placing guests right in the heart of the Upper Keys, close to top attractions like John Pennekamp State Park and world-class diving, fishing, and boating.

Ocean Pointe stands out with its extensive amenities: a large oceanfront pool, on-site marina with boat ramp and dockage, paddleboard and kayak rentals, a restaurant and bar, tennis courts, and a private beach area. It’s one of the few communities in the area that truly offers everything on-site for both adventure and relaxation.

We saw the potential to provide guests with a great location and well-equipped space where they could unwind, work remotely, or launch into island adventures right from their doorstep.

The onsite marina allows boating enthusiasts to enjoy simplicity & ease, whether bringing their own boat (28' Max), or utilizing our Concierge service to rent one from our trusted partner. Whether you're setting off for a boat day, heading out for a sunset paddle, or simply enjoying a peaceful walk along the lushly landscaped grounds, this unit puts you at the heart of it all—without the crowds.
