South Padre Waterfront Paradise-Sleeps 6-10- Dock-Great Fishing-Pet friendly

Covid info: We use thorough sanitizing by experienced housekeepers and the home is on its own large lot on the water providing the security of distancing without having to forego the pleasures of being outside, fishing, or water activities.

Bring your Boat!This waterfront house is located on the bayside, just down the street from Blackbeard's Restaurant at 228 Esperanza. This house is on the bayside, newly remodeled, and right on the water. You can rent the upstairs, the downstairs, or the whole house. The upstairs sleeps 6 and the downstairs sleeps 4. You must be 30 years old to rent this property.

The property has a lighted fishing pier- underwater and under deck lighting. One of South Padre's best kept secrets is that this is one of the best night fishing spots on the entire island! (Guests have attested to this!) This is a great location for a fishing getaway or family vacation.

Please note for small children: the yard is not secured by fencing and the property is right on the water!

The spacious concrete patio has fantastic views of the bay, and is ideal for a sunset barbeque. Wi-Fi. Upstairs/downstairs units are joined by a protected staircase. Air conditioning, cable TV, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator. Linens provided.
Upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a king and 2 large double beds and a queen futon sofa. Downstairs has a queen bed and a double trundle bed - which means 2 singles. Upstairs can sleep 6 and downstairs, 4..., so 10 can sleep total.
Our Permit number is 2015-667875 from the town of South Padre.
Also, we only rent to 30 and over. We have had too many bad experiences with college kids. Please know that we might ask for you to take an iphone pic of your drivers' and send it to us, to make sure, and we do require an address, in case you book with Homeaway direct, which doesn't ask for it!
TV: There are two tv's- one up and one down.
The Tv remotes turn on Roku TV with basic channels and news – go to the apps to log on to Netflix, amazon prime, etc., with your user and password to get premium viewing – log in with your personal accounts and be sure to enter your check out date so you are logged out when you leave!
