We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful bayfront setting, incredible views overlooking the causeway, and convenient location close to everything South Padre Island has to offer. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, nearby fishing spots, local restaurants, shopping, and quick access to the beach, all while staying in a quieter and more relaxing area away from the heavy crowds. It’s the perfect balance of convenience, scenery, and coastal charm.
