This exceptional condo can accommodate up to 8 individuals and is equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay on the Island. The fully-equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need for cooking and dining. Additionally, the La Solana complex features a pool, a lighted fishing pier, and a boat dock (#104) that is available for use. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach wagon are provided for your convenience in reaching the beach effortlessly. The spacious deck is furnished with chairs and a table, allowing you to relish the stunning sunsets. Please note that the minimum age for the responsible party is 25, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We kindly request that no spring breakers book this property, as it is exclusively for families. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for this property. Please be aware that parking is extremely limited at this small complex, with only 1 car permitted. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked on the street.
Beginning May 31st, 2025 through September 30th, 2025, La Solana wristbands will be required to be worn by renters over the age of eleven who are staying 30 days or less. The wristbands are priced at $5/each and will help strengthen the safety of La Solana’s residents and renters during our high season.
IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

The owners of La Solana #104 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Additional vehicle must park on the guest parking if available. Both cars need the provided parking passes displayed on the car dashboard. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed in the parking lot dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.
7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart door keypad code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to your arrival date. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Casa Laguna 104 is a great Condo on the bay. it is decorated nicely, appointed wth comfortable furniture and bedding, and all the necessary accomodations for a fabulous vacation away from home. The magagement team is great to work with as well. We will definitely return.

Worth the stay
Nice Condo located on Laguna Madre. Perfect to watch sunsets! Great location by supermarket and restaurants. Condo is spacious and clean with a big deck. Right next to Jim's Pier where you can hire a private boat to take you out fishing. Nice and quiet.

The best VRBO we’ve stayed at!
This VRBO was just as advertised. It was very clean and had more than we needed to cook with and entertain our big family. The beach is close and there were a lot of fun things to do and good eating within walking distance. The owners communicated quickly when we had questions. We made lots of memories here and will definitely be booking this again. Definitely the best VRBO we’ve stayed in!

This condo was very spacious and can actually sleep 10 people comfortably. The rooms are gorgeous and updated. The kitchen it stocked with everything you need to cook. We went fishing on the private peer and caught fish after fish! The landscaping was getting updated while we were there and the buildings getting fresh paint. Looked amazing and very peaceful environment. We would absolutely book again. The Hunters are great hosts who take pride in their condo. You won’t regret booking with them.

Casa Laguna did not disappoint!
We had a spectacular week in this beautifully furnished condo. This place has such personality! I could live here. We had the best views. It was sp peaceful and relaxing. An easy walk to some of our favorite shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back in the spring.

This condo is beautiful and view is amazing. We spent hours on the deck looking at the sunsets. Everything was perfect besides the construction. The building was getting repaired. Too much hammering, drilling and painting outside the building.
