Yearly ski trip

We come to Breck every year and this was just perfect for the two of us. Within walking distance to town and a shuttle stop for longer trips.

Good stay for the price.

Only thing I’d recommend is bring extra towels. We stayed 4 nights with two towels.

Great location!

Great studio! Walking distance to nearby ski lift and downtown. The place was equipped will all what you need for a short stay. Definitely recommend it!

The bed was the worst bed we have slept in for a very long time. We ended up leaving a day early because we just did not want to spend one more night in that bed.

Fine for the money

Was as described. Bed was not comfortable at.all. Didn’t receive check in instructions until a few hours before so made me nervous the whole time while traveling:. Also the door does not open even 1 second before your check in time so if you’re a few minutes early find something to do. This was the first place I’ve rented that was so weird about this. Whatever. At least the rest of CO is chill. Other than that, room had plenty of towels and amenities. Didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room so it was a good deal for what we were looking for.

Thank you for your review of your stay, we have the door code set to be active at 4:00pm , if the cleaning and inspections are complete before 4 we can sometimes get guests in early, not always. We do also have a brand new mattress that just got installed. We appreciate your review and the feedback.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very very small. The bed is very uncomfortable and when we arrived we had to welcome paperwork.the code to get in was wrong it was horrible very outdated. The property does not plow the snow we had hard time getting out. Worse ever

We do list the square footage of the condo so that there aren’t any surprises, it is a cute, cozy condo. We were sure to get your door code to you for the 4:00 check in. Our housekeeping team and maintenance staff perform arrival inspections and we are sure the condo was properly clean upon arrival. If there were any issues we wish you contact us during your stay so we can make them right! We did try to reach you regarding your stay; please give us a call or send an email to determine how we can provide you with a solution. Perfect studio for a ski trip

Perfect little place for a ski trip. Enough space and storage for 2 people. 2 minute walk to the chairlift, ski to the back door, 10 minutes to Main Street.

Good stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had to go out to buy a sponge to do dishes. We did noticed that the apartment wasn’t cleaned behind the nightstand and bed. We had a lovely time skiing! Thank you!

Amazing location. Everything we needed

Amazing location just a three min walk to Lift. Rated 4 stars because of the bed. Way Too soft and not connected to the bedframe so the pillows kept falling in between the wall and the bed. Other than that, amazing value and great location!
