From the moment you walk into the Crystal Peaks Lodge, you’ll know that “you’ve arrived.” This is one of Breck’s premier ski-in, ski-out resort properties literally steps from the BreckConnect Gondola and Independence Superchair. No expense was spared at Crystal Peak Resort. When you’re ready for a ski-in, ski-out mountain getaway, Crystal Peak Mountaineer Condo is the right choice!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is great for families or groups of up to five people. The living area features a flat-screen TV and huge windows with mountain views; there’s also a sunny patio area just outside. Imagine watching the gondola drift by your window as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the roaring stone fireplace! The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks and cozy mountain meals. The dining table seats four.

You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at the adjacent One Ski Hill Place Resort. Other amenities include easy bus or gondola access to town, complimentary Wi-Fi, and garage parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The property was very nice. It was very clean and met all our expectations. The "on demand" shuttle was excellent. Made getting around Breckenridge very easy. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable, clean unit. Great location, beautiful views and convenient shuttle in to town. It was off season and was very quiet. Easy walk to restaurants on peak 7 and 8. Easy in and out parking too. Key pickup and drop off was a breeze as well. We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay again!

There are mountain views from the deck, and watching the sun come up was spectacular. The place was clean, comfortable, and nicely located. We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was during the off-peak season.My wife and I did a lot of hiking during our stay and were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tubs afterward. Unfortunately, the hot tubs weren’t really hot, and the jets didn’t work, which was disappointing.We thought it was funny that there was a book about Breckenridge, Texas. We’re not sure if that was intentional or if no one has ever noticed it before.

Summit Rentals is a GREAT host to work with. Friendly and very responsive when needed. We have rented this property before and love the facility and the view. However, the unit itself could use a little TLC. The carpet could stand to be replaced. The bed is no longer very comfortable. The shower in the guest bath leaks onto the floor. The dishwasher doesn't close properly. But it did seem to work fine. They did replace the faucet for us while we were there. Thank You !So, it's a great place. Just needs a little touch up in certain places.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen was challenging at first as we could not find a cutting board and had to ask for one to be delivered. On the third day we discovered that the cabinet door to the right of the stove had two hinges and when fully opened, revealed 3 cutting boards. Fireplace pilot light is always on keeping the living room too warm. Leaving patio doors open made the temp ok. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. Door doesn't fit well and racks are shaky.Baths are great, bed comfy, although a little lumpy. Seems strange to have a king bed in the relatively small room, cramped with large dresser. Garage was very handy. Overall, we liked the accomodation.

The room was exactly as advertised. Checkin and out was easy. The management team was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay! We enjoyed the hot tub everyday after a day on the slopes.

The lack of AC was excruciating. We slept with all windows and doors open and 5 fans running and it was 20 degrees hotter inside than it was outside. A thunderstorm finally cooled things down but still way warmer inside than out even with windows open. Barely slept at all. Main TV glitches constantly - basically unwatchable. I’m sure this Is a great place to stay in the winter but not in the summer.

The host was responsive to questions and friendly. The condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, exercise/ steam room, and the close proximity to the lifts, restaurant and gondola to peak 8. The ski slopes were only steps away. Overall, great anniversary trip!

Very conveniently located at the base of Peak 7, makes ski in and out a breeze. Also next to the gondola which connects you to town but unfortunately it closes at 5pm. However the shuttle service is free and outstanding, you need to download the app. Service desk people were very helpful and wanted to make sure you didn’t need anything. Our room was clean, modern, bed was a bit lumpy but overall a nice experience

Beautiful location and very convenient to gondola and shuttle if needed. We experienced a couple hiccups during our 14 day stay but management stepped in to correct immediately. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend.
