This quaint cottage is the perfect getaway for a family or small group of friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end block with access to a private beach on Peconic Bay. An eat in kitchen with breakfast nook provides a great gathering place and the large windows allow lots of light throughout. The tree filled property also has a large backyard and covered patio to where you can relax and enjoy.

Cozy and comfortable Cottage on beautiful street.

This cottage is Comfortable, clean and fully stocked on a private street with a beautiful short walk to the beach. We were only 2 but house could easily sleep up to 8 guests. Large backyard with tranquil outdoor setting firepit and Barbeque. Host is very responsive welcoming and helpful. The nearby Main street has many restaurants and shops as well as Wine vineyards. Will definitely be booking again in future. We found a new love and that is Jamesport. Thank you Kelly!

Perfect location

Nice home good amenities. Location was perfect as it was about 1 mile from where my family was having a wedding. Walking distance to the beach was a plus although we did have weather for beach going. Comments made to the host were all well received. Would recommend.

Property Review

It was reasonably clean but had an odor like someone had smoked in it. The 3rd bedroom was in the basement. It was clean but the stairs were steep and it should not have been considered a bedroom. I think that it was false advertising.

We had a lovely time at this cottage. Close to the wineries and lots of great restaurants. Great yard and patio to sit outside and relax.

Your hosts are two sisters who had the privilege of growing up just down the road. We have returned to our childhood home with our own children every summer in order to provide them with the same wonderful experiences that this magical place has to offer. Now we have the opportunity to pass some of that on to you and your family. We hope that you enjoy the North Fork as much as we do.

We chose this property because of its location in a small, tight knit community, and close to the beach because it provides the best of all worlds. The property itself is quiet, and on a dead end street, plus you can walk to the beach. Yet, you are less than a 15 minute drive from everything the North Fork has to offer.
