Come see why we fell in love with Punta Gorda and enjoy a stay at our 3 bdrm 2 bath, pet friendly, canal front home. Swim and fish right from dock in the back yard. Allegiant airlines flies straight in and is only a 10 min drive to Punta Gorda airport (PGD). 35 min drive to Fort Meyers airport (RSW). Pack light because house is fully stocked for you…beach towels, fishing poles and bait, beach bag, beach chairs/umbrella, toys, cooler, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hair dryer, straightener, even toothbrushes and toothpaste if needed and a basket of first aid supplies. Watch beautiful sunsets from the backyard and large lanai, kayak through canals while dolphin and manatee watching, or use the rods and tackle to fish right in the backyard. If you are looking for more to do outside of the property, look no further! Downtown Punta Gorda is the buzzing area with numerous restaurants with water front dining, shopping, and the pier that provides any form of entertainment you may be looking for. Grab the bikes in garage (or rent one for free from the city of Punta Gorda at numerous locations) and you will be there in 10 min. Upon approval, PETS ARE WELCOME. Doggie bed, snacks, food, leash, and toys waiting for your furry friends.
-No extra charges for kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs, cooler etc.
-High speed internet, 1 standard TV, 2 Smart TV's with local stations and offer a multitude of additional viewing material, games, as well as the ability to sign into Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.
-8 min bike ride to popular Fisherman’s Village with restaurants, bars, ice cream, treats, boat rental, cruises, shopping, etc.
-2 kayaks, 3 adult life vests and 1 child life vest
-Master Suite includes large sliding door with access to the lanai, king bed with luxury memory foam mattress, 43" smart TV, walk in closet, and master bath with walk-in shower
-On the opposite side of the house are the additional 2 bedrooms with large closets. Bdrm 1 has luxury queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, and beautiful water view. Bdrm 2 has Twin/Full bunk bed with additional twin trundle, all with new memory foam mattress.
-Futon and cot for additional sleeping with all linens provided.
-Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Includes Air Fryer, Keurig, expresso machine, blender, standard coffee maker, microwave and toaster etc. Coffee bar stocked with Keurig pods, coffee, sugar, creamer, and flavored syrup.
-Living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that open to massive lanai with patio table with seating for 6, bar area, 2 relaxing lounge chairs and a dart board.
-Large laundry room with lots of storage, sink, and washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets provided
- Tons of board games and puzzles for your end of day entertainment.

Punta Gorda Isles

We liked the area. It was a busy street but we did not notice street noise, Walking distance to a cafe and speak easy which we enjoyed. Close to downtown and enjoyed the farmer's market. Lots of good restaurants. The lanai needs some updating and hard to see water from the chair/table. We did have an electrical problem which the owner was helpful in getting the electric company out to take care of. It was an outside issue. The Lanai was not good for sitting and visiting as sounds bounced off the wall. Living room needs more lighting and another chair. Overall was good.

Vacation

We had been traveling every other day and was ready for a place to call home for a few days before heading back to our real home. This home was what we needed. So happy to be able to book it in such short notice. The host was very kind. The location is close to so many attractions. I would stay again.

enjoyed our first visit to Punta Gorda. House was as advertised, and we felt at home. Loved using the bikes, fishing and basking in the warm sun. The neighborhood was great for walking and everyone we met was so friendly!

A Great Place To Stay In PGI

My wife and i stayed for an extended weekend. We found the place clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the coffee bar which we don't frequently see at other properties. The checkin and checkout process was super easy and stress free. We would definitely stay here again.

Head and Shoulders Above Expectations!

This is a wonderful property for families! We stayed for one month. We found the property exceptionally clean! (In fact, we had the regular cleaner, Heather come in after 2 weeks. She is very thorough) It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of seating for family dinners. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and large enough. The beds are very comfortable! There is plenty of room on the Lanai fir kids to play. This home sits on the canal and has a new dock that was perfect for our 16' foot. They have kayaks, life jackets and fishing gear available to use. Bicycles are available in the garage. The laundry room is large and has a nice double sink . The hosts Jacqui & Steve are beyond accomodating! They truly want their home to help make your vacation perfect! This property is clise to downtown, Fisherman's Village, and our favorite, Penny's Diner! We cannot wait to return!

My New Home Away from Home!

I drove from Colorado to stay in this wonderful 'Home away from Home' for 3 weeks. The location was convenient to everything I needed. Upon entering this spacious home, I noted the welcoming atmosphere. Jaqui was a fabulous remote hostess, checking on how things were, quick to respond to any of my questions, and just a delight to interact with. As the owner of two medium sized dogs, the ability to discuss my bringing them with to stay was the winning coin. Yes, I paid a bit more for a damage deposit, but worth every bit after the loss of my husband. They are my constant companions, and Jacqui's empathy made her feel like a friend to me! Shopping at nearby Fisherman's Village was a delightful experience during my stay in Punta Gorda! The unique shops, picturesque setting, and diverse offerings made it a memorable part of my visit. I highly recommend this home. My experience was exceptional, I will be back!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for the week. It was exceptionally clean and very roomy. The host was superb and easy to contact. We especially enjoyed the little things like bikes, beach towels, and beach chairs. We took several day trips to Fort Myers, Sarasota, and the Everglades and were always grateful for our return to this quaint little neighborhood.

Wonderful

Absolutely loved our first 3 month snowbird trip in PG. Lovely home, great location, great place to feel like your home away from home. Fishing. Biking. Great places to eat or stay at home and cook. We had everything we needed. Loved the idea of any company having their own side of the house and they felt like they had their own privacy. VERY Comfortable beds, and seating. Bright and cheery and very welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Very clean and extremely accommodating!

Owners thought of everything! This house was in a great location and very spacious and clean. We would highly recommend this property. We visited with our two children and pup and they had several accommodations for us… fishing poles, kayaks, dog bowls and 4 bikes. Up the road was a great nature park to walk the dog and fisherman’s village is so close we took the bikes several times. Beds and all the furniture was comfortable and well kept. Thank you again for having us! 5 stars ⭐️

Can't Wait To Go Back!

You know that one family member that you just love to visit because you never feel like a "visitor" in their home? Well this is that home. Not once did we ever feel like we were visiting someone else's home. It is very obvious that Jacqui takes great pride in her property and the comfort of her guests. Everything was extremely clean - everything worked and everything was just plain comfortable. The fishing was great and making new friends was just an added bonus. We're already counting the days until our next trip down - can't wait!

My husband and I are from St. Louis area but Punta Gorda is where our heart is. Plan on calling it out full time home someday, until then, we love sharing our house with others so others can see how amazing the area is.

We chose Punta Gorda because of the perfect size town with waterways behind every house. The town has absolutely everything you could need from a bustling downtown area and Fisherman’s Village to local golf courses and a multitude of parks and bike/walking trails throughout the town. The proximity of 9 min to Punta Gorda airport is SUPERB. Allegiant Airlines has direct flights in from all over and adding more cities every month. In addition, Fort Meyers airport is only 25 min away.
