Spacious Chetola Condo - short walk to Main Street, Bass Lake and the outlets

One of the shortest walks to Main Street, Blowing Rock available from the lovely Chetola Resort! Enjoy your time in the mountains in a spacious, tastefully furnished condo in the Chetola Resort (https://chetola.com/). It is also only a short walk to Bass Lake, Chetola Lake and the Outlets. The deck overlooks a wooded area with a stream that runs down from Bass Lake and winds its way down the resort property to Chetola Lake. In addition to a spacious living room on the main floor, there is a second living room with a large flat screen TV on the lower level. The bedroom on the lower level enjoys a full private bath and easy access to the second living room. We as owners use the condo quite a bit. So for bookings more than 7 nights, we ask that you please contact us in advance.

Multi generational visit and condo served all our needs. Easy walking access from Chetola via shortcuts nearby the condo to Blowing Rock proper and the Moses Cone trails. Well stocked and updated with nice furnishing and trim. Far surpasses many of the other condo's we've stayed in here.

Very Comfortable Condo

It looked just like the photos. It was nice having two separate gathering places, one upstairs and one downstairs so it never felt crowded. We had four adults but it could easily accommodate 6 people. Easy access to downtown Blowing Rock and nearby attractions.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in this beautifully maintained condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious, and kitchen was nicely stocked. Very quiet too!

Cozy and welcoming

We had a wonderful Christmas in this condo! The condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Thank you for having it decorated for Christmas, it was lovely! We will be back!

Perfect spot!

This is our second trip to Blowing Rock so we were familiar with the area. This was a great place to stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (kids 4-10). We were able to walk to downtown. Easy drive to App Ski and drove to Beech Mtn. The kids loved the condo! It felt like home. Will be booking again!

Always a wonderful time in Blowing Rock!

Excellent stay!

This property was excellent. Easy check in, very well appointed, great location! We came up for an ASU football game and this property was perfect! Blowing Rock is a charming town, and loved our time in Boone.

Hurricane in Blowing Rock

Our family stayed at this wonderful condo immediately after the hurricane hit this area. My daughter goes to App State and we attempted to visit during family weekend. The owner of this property went above and beyond to help us reach this area and have a place to sleep for the night. They stayed in constant communication to make sure we were safe and that we had everything that we needed. The condo was clean, well decorated, and perfect for 6 adults. The location is perfectly located next to downtown Blowing Rock. We will absolutely come back for another visit during better weather and better times for the mountains.

Lovely condo in Blowing Rock

Very roomy condo in Chetola. Well appointed and very clean. Perfect for our group of adults with a full bath for each bedroom. We were able to walk to Main St (although it is a bit hilly). Would definitely stay again next time we are visiting family in the area.

Wonderful getaway

Had a lovely 4-night stay. All of us LOVED the property. It was clean, well-stocked, and offered both private space and great group areas as well. Most of all, the host was absolutely top-notch - a great communicator and sincerely cares about his guests having an excellent stay. There was a challenging experience when we first arrived due to some maintenance being done by the Resort. The host did an amazing job of making sure it was handled expeditiously. Definitely coming back!

Best place we have stayed at Chetola!

We have been marking an annual visit to Chetola since my kids were small children. They are now 17 and 19! We normally rent through Chetola but came across this listing on VRBO. It was perfect! Very clean, updated, comfortable beds, great location, and thoughtful additions such as coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner in the showers, laundry pods, etc. The downstairs ‘gameroom’ was great for the teens to hangout. We will definitely be staying here again! thank you!

Chetola Vacation

We stayed for four nights in a three bedroom condo at the Chetola Resort in Blowing Rock, NC. The facility was immaculate and very well appointed. My daughter and grandchildren enjoyed many of the amenities of Chetola including fishing, playing pickle ball, swimming in the heated pool, and kayaking on Chetola Lake. The only point of contention was when my daughter went to the front desk to get a card to allow her to take the children to the pool. She was told that unless the property owner had paid extra for use of the facilities that she could not use any of the property facilities whatsoever. Fortunately, I found a recreation card in the owner's notebook. This confirmed the ability to use all such amenities. This was likely an oversight on my part for not realizing that presenting such a card was necessary. Overall however, a wonderful experience.
