In this four-bedroom three bath farmhouse style home in Rogersville, Alabama (AKA: "Fishermen's Paradise"), guests will be met with a gorgeous twelve-foot table with enough room for all guests to gather and share meals together. This spacious home has lots of room for relaxation and spending time with family and friends both inside and outside with spectacular views of the Tennessee River.

With plenty of parking as well as public boat ramp access to both the Tennessee River and Elk River just five minutes away, guests are welcome to bring a fishing boat (or a few) to enjoy some of the best fishing in the country, or jet skis, pontoons, etc., to enjoy relaxing and playing on the rivers. Our Farmhouse offers a fish cleaning station out by the barn and some outdoor power outlets to recharge boat batteries at the end of the day.

With a pool-table, ping-pong adaption, board games, a playroom for the kids, quite places to read a book, and a fire pit, everyone is sure to have a wonderful time.

This Riverview Farmhouse is in proximity to charming little downtown Rogersville shops, Joe Wheeler State Park, Wheeler and Wilson Lake, and Lucy’s Branch Marina. It is also not too far of a drive for shopping and adventure in Florence, Athens, Madison, or Huntsville.

Great way to spend some time.

Great atmosphere and setting. We had a great time at the nearby lake with friends snd family. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting a stay in the country with many recreational opportunities nearby.

Church Council Retreat

Our retreat was a working session towards the vision and future of our congregation. The lodge’s location, size, and general atmosphere was excellent for our ten-person mixed group. Would definitely use the facilities again if the opportunity presents itself.

We travel to AL annually for a family reunion. We gather at another large home so we try every year to get closer to that house. This may be the house that has worked the best. We arrived at night and the walkway wasn’t lit up so we wished there was lighting but other than that, the house was everything portrayed. The master bedroom is open so no separate door for the bathtub, with pocket doors, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The downstairs bathroom didn’t have towel holders but has a large counter space, which worked well for four ladies sharing a bathroom. We were mainly there to sleep but we enjoyed coffee on the deck with the birds singing every morning. We had a question about the door and the homeowner immediately answered my call and resolved the issue. The house was clean, spacious, decorated nicely and well stocked for our needs. We will rent again and I can highly recommend it for others.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fisherman’s Farmhouse. Upon check-in we had a number of requests that the hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to leave us very grateful.

Jonathan has recently retired from the Army and is a three time war veteran. We absolutely love this area, scenery, people, and over all feel of the "river life" so we decided to share our experience with others!
