This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse has recently been completely renovated in a classic cottage style. The furnishings are an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary. This home is bright with plentiful windows that provide natural light throughout. It's ideally located within walking distance of downtown Lexington and the vibrant Jefferson corridor.
This historic building does NOT have an elevator. Therefore, it is NOT wheelchair accessible. Upon entry to the building guests will climb approximately 20 stairs to reach the unit.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no events.

PLEASE NOTE: This property has a maximum occupancy of 6 persons that is mandated and enforced by the Lexington-Fayette County Urban County Government.

NO PARTIES, NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

So clean great location

It was great place for my daughter and I. It was fully stocked and had all the amenities! Close to downtown and so many great restaurants. I Would stay here anytime!

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood and house were beautiful. Location was great for bourbon trail and many bars and restaurants were within walking distance.

Great rental

We rented this condo as a weekend landing spot for my daughter's wedding, who's reception was just around the corner. It was much larger than I expected with plenty of space for the bridesmaids to get ready. I loved all the windows and the light they added to the space. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Wedding Weekend

We were visiting as part of a wedding celebration at a nearby venue. The. Location was perfect. The small cul-de-sac felt very safe and quite quaint. The accommodation were more spacious than I expected and the bathrooms were set up in such a way as to provide plenty of room for multiple people to prepare for the wedding. I highly recommend this location and the property manager!

Great place to stay in Lexington!

The place was VERY clean. The location was great and within walking distance of downtown. The owner was very timely with responses to questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! 5+ stars!!

What a great place!

Awesome location for a quick weekend doing the KBT. The penthouse was bright, cheery, clean, and cozy. Close to brewpubs, downtown, and distilleries. Will definitely return for our second leg of the tour!

Great place and neighborhood

Of all the VBRO’s e we have stayed in this was the best equipped of them all. Everything you need at your finger tips. We celebrated Thanksgiving there with family and it was great. Our host was fantastic and was available to us at anytime. We will stay there again for sure. FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD

Good location, clean

Place was clean, location a historic feel. Only thing that would have made the trip better is a roll out bed for 4th guess.
