Excellent location, quick communication. Plenty of street parking, very quiet neighborhood. Know that there is a suite on the first floor, a bedroom on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third floor. There is noise with people walking above you and going up and down the stairs but not too terrible. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

Loved this place! Stayed for graduation and so much room for multiple people. The whole process was super smooth and the place was awesome. Loved the gated entry and the courtyard with pool.

Great place with an amazing central location to everywhere

The place was as described and we had a wonderful time staying here. There were plenty of spaces for me and my 5 friends to all stay and have their own areas. The location was center to everything we wanted to do and the communication within VRBO and text was stellar. I highly recommend staying here!

Plenty of space for a group. Walking distance from streetcar and restaurants. Pool is nice and convenient.

Great place for large groups

Enjoyed the property especially the rooftop. Within ten minutes of many of my favorite New Orleans restaurants and music venues. Easy street parking as well.
