The first floor has a living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and 2 bed rooms.

The second floor has main living room with half bathroom, full kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom with full bathroom attached.

The third floor has a den area, 2 bedrooms with a jack & jill bathroom attached.

The fourth floor has a private outdoor rooftop and indoor half bathroom.

Guest have full access to the entire private suite. There is ample parking available on the blvd surrounding the property.

We had an awesome day for my bachelorette trip. Parking is free and on the street, so prepare to parallel park. The pool is on the exterior of the Vrbo and directly behind the building still within the locked gate. The inside of the Vrbo was very clean, but you will have to turn the air on when you get there and turn it off when you leave so the first little bit will be warm overall a great stay though.

Beautiful condo located only blocks from The Trolley. Plenty of room with multiple den areas. The private pool was perfect!

After being left in a bind by another company we were so thankful to find this property. They worked with us at the last minute and were so wonderful. The property was great! It had everything we need was clean and centrally located.

The property was perfect for our needs. Location incredible. The only issue is there are not rails for the stairs at the entry. One of the travelers had a little difficulty.

House itself was awesome but tried to use the oven one night and it apparently was cleaned well because just from preheating smoked the house out and caused house security to go off. This happened late and could not get ahold of host to disable it so we had to sit with the alarms going off for an hour before they stopped. Super annoying. Clean your damn house better. Never did get to even make my frozen pizza

Thank you for choosing to book with us. We do apologize for the experience with the oven. Fortunately, the alarm wasn’t going off anywhere near an hour. The security company called us at 2:37 to make us aware of the alarm. You sent a message at 2:39 saying the alarm was off. We are sorry that you never got to have your frozen pizza. We offered to have the cleaner come early the next morning to clean the oven, but you declined. Please do visit us again!
