Nothing bad to say, but wouldn't stay here again. The 15 minute drive to Disney noted in description is very inaccurate. It might be 15-20 miles, but it took at minimum 45 minutes to get to Disney and about 50-60 to get to Universal. We felt like we spent most of our time driving to and from and Orlando traffic is terrible at best.Amenities were lacking...mini shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom allowed for one shower. Place was clean...but not clean. You can take that how you want. I don't think light switches have ever been wiped off...I'm scared to know what grossness I didn't see, but it was fine for the price.

This condo offers everything you need! The condo itself is spacious and quiet and very comfortable. The resort has an amazing pool and lazy river to keep the kids entertained for hour while supplying plenty of seats and lounge chairs. Mike was very easy to deal with and responded promptly when we messaged with a question. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great stay!!

My wife, daughter and I stayed for four days while visiting Universal and the new Epic park. Check in process was very smooth and easy. The condo was great Had plenty of space and everything we needed. Mike had pool floats for lazy river for us but they do have floats at the pool area. Publix is very close to the resort and Starbucks is across street. Mike and Buffy were great hosts 10/10!!. Would definitely stay with them again.

Family vacation

We just stayed here while going to Disney and Universal. Didn’t experience much the resort had to offer, but the stay was comfortable and nice. Good beds and ac.

This was a great rental with good amenities. Close to attractions but far enough away to escape the commotion and relax.

Wonderful experience

The condo at Regal Palms was perfect for our family’s Florida vacation. The size of the condo was awesome for our family of 5 and the extra touches with the decor was so fun. It really made a world of difference to be able to stretch out and be comfortable after busy days at the theme parks. The pool area was a hit with our kids. As was the ice cream shop and arcade. The owners, Mike and Buffy, were easy to communicate with helped make our vacation at their property perfect.

Cite Disney Themed Home

Home was very clean. Area was decorated exceptionally in Disney themed items. Owners were very informative and communication was great. The resort that the home was located in was very nice and contained several admenities/activities for our family (pool, lazy ricer, arcade,etc).

Great stay for a family with children

We came down for a cheer competition at Disney. This condo was great for our family. It’s quiet but still had plenty of kids for our youngest to hang out with in the lazy river and arcade area. We loved that the pool, arcade, lounge didn’t close until 11pm. My husband was excited they the onsite gym had free weights.

First Disney trip with kids

This was a fantastic condo for a family wanting to visit Disney and other area attractions. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room, is themed well for the kids and has great pools. Mike and Buffy were a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful and responsive, they clearly take pride in their condo! We would be happy to stay again for any future trips to the parks!

Great Stay!

Mike was so friendly and so easy to get in touch with! The house was very spacious and very comfortable! We weren't on top of each other, everyone had their own space, which was really nice. Last year we stayed in a one room hotel room in Disney and we stuffed in like sardines. The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook meals. The decor is so well thought out, very cute! The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors who we saw were very friendly. My kids loved the arcade! I would definitely stay again! Thanks to Mike and Buffy!

Disney 2024 - Thanksgiving

The property was the best property I have stayed in Orlando. It was not a bad drive to any of the parks in Orlando. The host was very nice and easy to communicate all information. I will for sure stay here again.

Getaway

This was a beautiful property and was very comfortable to stay in for our family. The owners thought of all the details that families would need to feel at home. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that helped us get ready on time to enjoy what the area has to offer. Simply perfect

Mike’s place was perfect for our family trip. The Disney theming was awesome and my kids loved it. The condo was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Out of all the VRBO rentals I’ve stayed in, Mike’s is easily the best. I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Place to Stay

The location was remotely close to the areas we were visiting; Disney, Universal Studios, Daytona, and Springs Hills. The condo had what we needed for our family size and provided enough room for all of us. The owners were very friendly and checked in on us a couple times to make we had everything we needed. Check in at the front desk was a breeze.
