We were here to watch my son play college baseball, and this property was recommended by other parents who have stayed. The house had lots of room, we had 5 adults for part of the stay and there was plenty of space. We were about a quarter of a mile walk from the pool and fitness center, which was perfect. There was a grocery store at the end of the street, with a couple of restaurants as well. The pool area was beyond crowded, which wasn't great if you didn't get there by 11am, there were no chairs available. There was an outside bar and you could order sandwiches and salads which was good. The only issue I had with the actual house was the temperature. The thermostat was locked and at 73 degrees always. This was fine during the day, especially when we weren't there. At night though, it was far too warm for comfortable sleeping. I understand the need for an owner to lock it, but maybe a timer so it's a little more comfortable for sleeping. This may not be a problem for most people, i'm sure.
I had lots of questions answered by the owner of the property before I got there, which was super helpful. She was quick with responses, which I appreciated. I would recommend it
