Renovated in summer 2025, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome features multiple fireplaces, heated bathroom floors, two balconies, a private garage, and comfortable gathering spaces across several levels. Apex Express Lift is approximately 830 feet away across the Village Plaza.

Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
*Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
*Plan to arrive by 8:00 p.m. during active snowfall to reduce the likelihood of encountering unplowed roads.

Ski access may vary based on snowfall, grooming, resort operations, and individual ability.
