Located on the first floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts : space, AC, large balcony, equipped kitchen, dishwasher washing machine, Wi-Fi...

The accommodation is made up of a bedroom with a comfortable 180cm double bed, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room with television and access to the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The condominium is very easily accessible by car, it is strongly recommended to have a vehicle in this area.

The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



The very quiet and green area offers you to spend a very relaxing holiday.

Getting around by walking is possible but a vehicle is strongly recommended to reach the beach, restaurants, shops and old town.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by public transportation: take the tram from Nice Airport to Nice Port. Then from the harbor you can take the bus number 15 and stop at La Barmassa. This journey takes 1 hour, you can use the same ticket for the tram and the bus.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the guest parking of the residence.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
