Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet expectations. Regarding the window pane and the paper towel, we were not aware of that issue during your stay but are checking it with our housekeeper and will make sure it is addressed if needed. Maintaining the condo properly is very important to us. We also want to clarify that when there was a questions about the damage to the sofa bed during your stay, we chose to refund the entire damage deposit in the interest of good customer service, even the the cause of the damage was unclear. We take pride in providing a comfortable experience for our guests and appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

Excellent Location in the middle of the Kihei town

For any vacation - staying in the right location makes a lot of difference. This place was just that. Right in front of KAM 2 beach and easily accessible to all the food options. Bonnie was very communicative and the apartment had everything we needed including beach toys and a wagon to lug our stuff to the beach. We will be staying again on our next visit to Maui.

Great experience staying here. It was close to many restaurants and gift shops as well as across the street from the beach. I'm 6 months pregnant and there were a lot of extra pillows/sheets/towels which was very handy for me. Well stocked and clean. Thanks for a wonderful Babymoon experience!

Had a wonderful stay, this condo had everything you would need to have a great visit to Maui. To me the highlight is the location, great walking access to restaurants and a lovely grocery store and beaches. The unit is small, but managed to have everything we needed. AC only in one room (see note) Beds were comfortable and the bedding is high quality. The location really can't be beat. Great coffee right next door. Easy walk to the beaches, restaurants, and shops.Notes:1. AC--There is only an AC unit in the common room where the sofa bed and Murphy bed are. There is no AC in the Master BR. We were able to get good airflow with the fans during the day so it was fairly comfortable at night... Except for the first night because it had been closed up all day.2. Privacy--There are no shades in the common room where the two extra beds are, so we felt a bit exposed.

Thank you for the nice review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We are planning to put curtain on the patio door in April. While it’s far enough away from people being able to see in I can see why you feel a little exposed! Hope to have you back again! All the best. Bonnie

Aloha!! My name is Bonnie! My husband and I bought this property along with my daughter Kacie and her husband Jonathan as an investment property as well as a cool little place we can vacation together as a family! We love Maui and love sharing it with others! You will notice "pride of ownership" in the "Sweet Spot" at Kihei Kai Nani!
I also have a ski property in Park City, UT (VRBO listing #425857) and love managing my properties on a personal level! So much better than through a hotel or property manager! You can be assured that you are our top priority and we will respond to your needs promptly and resolve any issues you may have, although we have done our very best to anticipate your needs so your trip is seamless and enjoyable! Thank you for looking, inquiring, or booking! It's all good! Mahalo!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose Kihei Kai Nani because of its central location in Kihei and the close proximity to our favorite beach, Kamaole II. We love that we can get around on foot or with a short Uber or Lyft and reserve the car rental for special days to do adventures that require a full day in the car! There are many great shops and restaurants a very short walk and we absolutely love that! It's so nice not having to drive while on vacation! To us, it's really what makes a relaxing vacation!
We love that we can snorkel and see turtles within. 200 steps from our front door and also love that the pool is right across from the unit. When the kids get a bit older we can watch them from the front door!
We also love to the top floor unit with no noise from above!
Those are the reasons we love our "sweet spot", I hope you will too!
