Two Bedroom/Two Bath Penthouse Unit, in Alegranza, with a private rooftop and jacuzzi is the perfect San Jose del Cabo getaway.

With truly breathtaking, expansive, ocean views from every room, this modern, luxury penthouse is one you will be returning to year after year.

Located on top of a hill, in a gated community, it’s a short distance to the historic downtown area, the beach, restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets. Amenities include 3 pools, jacuzzis, gym, tennis court, reserved parking and more!

As a guest of Alegranza you’ll have access to the world-class amenities of the property, including: 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis court, and gym (with steam room and sauna). The grounds also include a ping pong table, a putting green and sand trap, fire pits, and grills for general use.

Alegranza is a short distance (20 minute walk or 10 minute drive) to just about anything you would need (downtown, beach, groceries, restaurants, shopping) during your stay.

If you’d like to explore the area, a rental car is recommended. Uber/taxi is also available. Your stay comes with 2 parking spots (1 reserved/covered).

The unit comes fully stocked with personal care items, a full kitchen, books, games, etc.

A Cabo paradise

We have stayed at the Alegranza about 10 times over the last 7 years but never did "The Penthouse" experience but always wanted to. We decided it was time and booked for this condo and so glad we did. I dont think now we can go back to the regular condos now...lol. The condo was very well stocked and the upkeep was great. The 2 king size beds were soooo comfy, it was all very clean, the owners were great and easy to work with and finally, the rooftop deck was absolutely to die for.It was an incredible view and private experience. Will most definitely be rebooking within the next few months.

Perfect spot

The view is gorgeous. The home is immaculate. The neighborhood is safe. We used the gym everyday and the sauna. Town is extremely close- you will want a rental car. It was perfect for our family of 4. Thank you.

It was very difficult to find this property. We enjoyed our stay but it was very tough to sleep with constant dogs barking from a close neighbor, and very noisy air conditioning. The restaurant on the property was closed for breakfast and the pools weren't that clean. That said, it was perfect for our stay and nice to be outside of the craziness of San Lucas.

Family getaway.

Really enjoyed the relaxed feel of the property. Near enough to town to wander but more like a 20 minute walk than the described 10. I loved the walk but 20 mins inaccurate. Comfortable clean and great views. The concierge service offered by Amanda and Stephen was the icing on the cake. Their advice was great, they solved problems immediately and were always available.

Luxury with a glorious view!

Beautiful and spacious condo with lots of windows, light, 2 huge decks and an amazing view of the ocean. Jessica was so responsive and helpful to all of our communication! She has put together a "Welcome" booklet with all the information needed plus more! The on-site restaurant, Mirai, she recommended is fabulous. We went twice! Everything was clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to returning again and again. Thanks again, Jessica!!!

Location, location, location - you can literally walk almost anywhere you need to go and if it's further then Uber is a great solution.
Or, if you're looking for a nice vacation in, making dinners, hanging by the pool and having cocktails with music on the rooftop, that's our home!!
