We just spent a little over 3 weeks in this cute very comfortable condo. The photos are accurate, the location is perfect. Whether you want to go to the beach, shopping, restaurants or old town all within easy walking distance. Beautiful large outdoor deck compliments the serenity and sounds of nature around. So peaceful. Good solid wifi with a well equipped kitchen. The condo is very clean and Maria was a real treat to communicate with. The whole development is extremely well looked after and maintained. Our experience was without a doubt 5 star and would highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you Maria for a fond memorable experience. We will be backSincerely and Kind Regards Jim and Roszita.

We loved staying at this condo. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. My only suggestion would be better pots/pans but the space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great patio. We will definitely be staying here again.

Maria was great at answering all of our questions. She also let us check in a little early which we really appreciated.Condo was very clean and quiet. It’s right in the golf course. Close to restaurant's and downtown area. It was about a 10 min walk to the beach. There were several pools in the complex but we didn’t end up using as we went to the beaches during our stay. Would recommend!

Peace and quiet in San Jose de Los Cabos

If you follow the instructions that Maria gives you, you’ll have no problem getting here. The place is peaceful and quit. I even made two friends with two locals that live there. The place is immaculate and beautiful inside. The laundry was a huge plus for us. I guess the only thing in which I was confused with was the pictures online show a picture of a first floor co do with access to an open grass area. When we got there, it was a second floor place. The beach is quit a walk away but it doesn’t matter cuz in Cabo you can’t get in the beach water anyways. But when you do make the walk there… the beach is simply stunning.

Beautiful oasis, conveniently located near everything!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Maria's condo. It was so conveniently located right near the beach and not far from the town square, yet we also felt like we had a nice little secluded spot away from the crowds. Maria's place was so cute and comfortable. It was so open and airy. The view of the golf course was amazing and we had coffee on the veranda every morning. It was wonderful to hear and see the birds and the landscaping was beautiful. The AC was great, but we didn't need it that much, even in June, as the fans and cross breeze was really nice. We only stayed for three nights, but we wished we would have stayed for a few more. It was so cozy and homey.

Amazing place!

We love staying at Maria’s! This is our second time staying there now. Feels like we are at home away from home! The outdoor patio is such a nice relaxing place to see birds and take in the evening air and morning coffee! Such a great location, walking distance to the beach and shops as well as an easy getaway to the East Cape for a beautiful drive and the most amazing beaches! 10/10 we will be back!

location instructions unclear, owner not responsive, had to rent another accommodation, no refund

My worst ever experience in holiday rents: instructions of property locaation so unclear that six different people, all local, could not help us find the place. The owner did not reply to our query and later denied we had approached them. After two hours of futile search, we had to take and pay for a different accommodation. Despite promise, we received no refund.

Great space and location

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very clean, the balcony was amazing and perfect to enjoy the nice weather. It is about a 20 minute walk into town or a very short and cheap Uber ride. The walk is not bad, but very little shade depending on time of day you are walking, which can get pretty hot depending on the time of year. Overall this stay was perfect for us!

Perfect Location

The property is clean, well maintained and the deck is the perfect place to spend an afternoon. The unit is within easy walking distance to restaurants, large grocery store, the ocean and downtown San Jose del Cabo. In addition there are taxis available a short 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

Wonderful spot

We loved watching the golfers with morning coffee on the balcony even though we had some close calls with balls coming into the balcony! They even have a protective screen to stop the balls from hitting you!The location is great, quick 5 minute walk to the beach, easy access to downtown.Condo is well stocked and was very clean. All appliances worked great.It would be nice to see a double bed in the second bedroom rather than a futon and pull out ( we just didn’t find them comfortable), other than that it was perfect!John, Ashley, Florence and Wyatt!

We were 4 guests all over 60. The trundle beds were not well described. Definitely not our best sleeps! Suitable for kids or young adults only.Not sure if the queen was actually a queen. Seemed smaller. Otherwise good!

Great accommodation

A wonderful 2 bedroom condo… extra large sundeck overlooking the 7th fairway. I think it is on the North Side of the complex so you don’t bake in the sun. The primary bedroom is very spacious with full ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a couch setup that would be great for kids. Fully equipped kitchen. We would stay again.

Great Cabo escape and launching pad

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was close to the beach and restaurants, which made everything so convenient. Having a car is nice to get to the grocery store, but you could make the walk in about 15-20 mins.The access to the three heated pools plus hot tubs was a huge plus. Our kids loved it. The condo itself was really comfortable, and the patio was a standout, really spacious with awesome views of the golf course and surrounding hills. It’s a great spot for families to relax and use as a home base for exploring the Cabo area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place close to everything!

My wife and I just stayed there last week from customs to new years and we enjoyed every minute. Great gated community. 10-15 minute walk to great beaches and 20-30 minute walk downtown or 10 minute walk to the strip for great restaurants. The pool on the north side was chilly but the one on the sushi off the complex was warm. Unit had everything it said it had and including great beach chairs. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I would recommend is putting dressers in the bedrooms so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase for a week.

Location is great, near Walmart, shopping centers and beach. Property very clean, with everything you need to cook meals, washer dryer a plus. Our host I can't say enough. Maria is the most wonderful person I have encountered. Our daughter passed away during the time we had booked. Maria worked with us in every possible way with our booking and moral support. Cabo getaway

Nice updated Condo

Very Nice and updated compared to other similar condos we have stayed in. Short walk to the restaurants and beach. Quick Uber to anywhere in San Jose. It's in a very safe location and was very quiet during our stay.

We’re so happy you’ve chosen our home for your stay in Los Cabos. I’m a California native and a proud mom of four amazing boys — Reno, Russell, Isaiah, and Lorenzo. And yes… our family is big on pets! Between all of us, we now have seven beloved fur babies:
Fin (Shih Tzu), Ella (Yorkie), Koobah (their son), Atlas (Pitbull), a Husky, a Black Lab, and even a cat. We adore them all.

Because I raised boys who love adventure, our lives have always been full of surfing, snowboarding, cliff jumping, spearfishing, ATV riding, motocross, and anything that gets us outside. That’s a big reason we fell in love with Los Cabos — this land offers everything we enjoy: beauty, adventure, culture, and community.
