This property has three bedrooms (super comfy new mattresses)- Queen, King & Single, and 2 Singles. Hot tub, Koi Pond, Grill, Full Kitchen, Coffee, Washer/Dryer, and Free parking.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm
No Smoking.
No pets.

Big Trees, beautiful historic homes and right beside the downtown mall. Quiet north downtown location of this home is a 10 and the neighborhood is a lot of fun to walk.

Easily walkable to downtown pedestrian mall. Walk to the best restaurants. Bakery, Coffee Shops, and Market just two blocks away. 1 guest parking space directly outside the door and unlimited public parking on the street in front of the house.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm

Love having French Press Coffee on Adirondack Chairs by the Koipond, reading/sunbathing on the back patio by the hot-tub, or grilling on the guest patio.

Parking directly in front of apartment door on weekends for up to 2 cars and week days for 1 car. Across the street, In front of the house, available all times but open to general public (though usually easy to get a space)

Just a few short blocks to pedestrian mall.

Girls' Weekend Getaway

We celebrated my sister's 40th in Charlottesville and had a wonderful time. The space was clean and well stocked. It was safe for going for a quick run right in the area and was a short Uber to vineyards. Loved to be able to hop in the hot tub before bed! The hosts were very responsive. Great find!

Exactly what we needed

The property was exactly as we expected. It was clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were tiny but functional. The property manager was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

New Year Jaunt

We were looking for a place close to our daughter so we could spend New Year’s Eve and her twins birthdays with them. This house was perfect. It was in walking distance of her house and anything else we needed. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. We loved it and we’ll stay there again when we come back.

Family birthday weekend

Great Charlottesville Spot

Very clean and cute in a great spot near downtown Charlottesville. The hosts were very responsive to our questions as we were traveling with small children which was very helpful and appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent Location

This property is very clean and the beds are very comfortable! It was an easy walk to downtown and Belmont for the market (Saturdays), lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely rent this again.

Perfection in Eugene!

We loved everything about this home, the location, cleanliness, outdoor space, neighborhood and nearby activities! The beds were very comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the common areas, the layout of the house was really great with everyone having their own quarters. We made breakfast for 7 each morning, and enjoyed coffee while relaxing in the living room. The outdoor space was beautiful, we loved the outdoor patio and enjoyed the trees! The home is nestled in a very friendly community, it was quiet at night. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus!

Great location!

The apartment was in a nice location and was wonderfully stocked. It was more than 2 blocks from the Mall, however we didn't mind too much as we like to walk. Only issue was with it being an older home it was a bit loud at night from the upstairs tenant.

Cozy and comfortable

Great location, comfortable, clean, and all the amenities we needed. We loved the hot tub under the stars! The apartment slept 7 but there was only one couch that fit 3 people, so lounging space was limited, therefore the price seemed a bit high for what was there.

Perfect cozy apartment

The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. All the little details were most appreciated....such as the plentiful outlets and the motion activated lights at the entrance. The short walk to the downtown mall made it easy to meet up with friends. The hot tub was immaculate, and the temperature was perfect. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Nice location

The location is nice. Close to historic downtown mall. Neighborhood is nice - quiet. Plenty of room in bedrooms. Living room is a little tight. We didn’t cook, but it was nice having the shampoo, conditioner, TP, trash bags, dish soap, coffee, etc provided. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Use of property outside if apartment

We really enjoyed the hot tub after the race we competed in on Saturday. It would have been nice to know if we could have used the screened in porch. All in all it was very enjoyable and in a quiet neighborhood.

This home is truly and conveniently walkable to the best restaurants in town. Quite neighborhood with huge trees and historic home to explore on your walk. From city center it's a short trip to Vineyards, History (Monticello, Montpellier, etc), UVa, Shenandoah National Park.

Be a traveler - not a tourist. This home gives the feel of living downtown and being part of the neighborhood. The Koi Pond in front and the hot tub and backyard in the back allows for luxury relaxing and a quick walk to bakeries, coffee shops and the best restaurants.

Park Street is the gem of Charlottesville. Location, beauty, nature and lot sizes. One of the first homes on the street when it changes from commercial to residential. Other properties say that they are walkable to the mall, but they might be saying 3/4 of a mile to 1&1/2 miles. Here, we are just 2 long blocks to the mall. The Front and Back outdoor spaces allow relaxation and integration into the community.
