Montrose Manor is a newly renovated 1920’s home that was brought back to life with tons of character and charm. You can’t beat the location and it’s walkability to the many restaurants that Belmont has to offer as well as IX Park & Belmont Park.

The downstairs “flat” offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen and living room. The upstairs “loft” offers one bedroom, a full bath and a fully stocked mini kitchen as well!
