Lake House in Delray Beach. Quick HOA approval process. Just 7 min drive to the famous Atlantic Ave. 10 min ride to the beach. House is in a private gated community with beautiful views of the rental. 6 month rental available. A fresh water fisherman's paradise. Whether you're there to getaway from noise or want to be in the heart of the action in Delray Beach this is the property for you.
New bedding and linens. Nice garage and one car driveway. The pool is two doors away. Boating is allowed on this lake. On the patio, we have two bamboo swimming chairs, pool floats and noodles. Washer and Dryer in the garage. Absoulutly parties.

The house was beautifully decorated and clean. You are 10 minutes from downtown Delray so the location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Sebastian was very attentive to anything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The neighborhood is quiet, well-kept, and felt very family-friendly. The house itself was spacious and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We especially enjoyed the view of the lake, which added a peaceful touch to our mornings and evenings. Location is close to everything with minimal traffic. Everything inside the home was thoughtfully equipped, from the easy-to-use washer and dryer to the plentiful silverware, glasses, and seating options for our group. It’s clear the owners take pride in maintaining the property and making guests feel at home.The only small consideration is that managing two cars or having multiple guests can require a bit of planning due to parking and entry rules, but it wasn’t a major issue and was easy to work around with owner. Overall, we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet spot with great amenities and a lovely view.

Great place and great views of Lake Ida. The only issue was limited parking spots. But, there’s a parking lot at the entrance of this gated community for additional vehicles. Host was excellent and very responsive.

Perfection

We had a great stay. The home was immaculate inside and out. Beds were very comfortable. Keurig was stocked with a variety of coffees and teas. Kitchen had everything you could need. The location is perfect with many restaurants around. Quiet area and beautiful lake view.

Fantastic Getaway

Sunset Lake House was awesome. Spotless and exactly the way it was advertised. Sebastian was available before we arrived and while we were there answered any questions immediately. Quiet neighborhood was perfect for the getaway.

Whole experience was excellent

Excellent choice of properties. Very clean, open, and comfortable for relaxing. Excellent host and great communication, anything we needed Sebastian was on it immediately. I felt like if I contacted in the middle of the night he'd answer immediately. He set three standard for customer service.

Booked a relaxing Mother's Day excursion and enjoyed this property. Pictures as seen, very clean and spacious, beautiful view and close to Atlantic Ave. Sebastian was an excellent host and would book again.

Wonderful Winter Retreat

The house is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Positioned only steps away from a big community pool. Close proximity to a nice park, including a great dog park. Pictures accurately reflect clean interior spaces. The owner and property manager are both quickly responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay for more than two months.
