Beautiful neighborhood, fast Wi-Fi, and easy I-4 access to Disney, Universal, Downtown, MCO Airport, and all Central Fla activities. Former recording studio transformed into a centrally-located 2-room private, comfortable “home away from home”. Bamboo-lined perimeter provides for a tranquil setting in our quiet, safe College Park neighborhood.
Universal only 20 mins away.
Mins from Downtown, Advent Health and Orlando Health Systems, Lake Eola and Lake Ivanhoe restaurant/shopping districts, and nearby Amway Center and Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center.
If you prefer to walk or bike, nearby College Park eateries and boutiques are just a few blocks away. ** 2 bikes for local touring are available at no charge upon request**

Guest Access: Designated guest FREE parking a few ft/meters to your front door. Keyless coded entry to your apartment makes check-in easy at any time of the day or night. The property owners/managers live on site - your property is located separate from main house for your maximum privacy.
Newly remodeled kitchen includes everything you need to prep meals on site - an induction 4 burner cook top, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer and full sized fridge. Included is a Keurig for morning coffees outside on the covered patio or in the privacy of your outdoor private garden. If you prefer an individual French press coffee or loose leaf tea with infuser is also available.

Effective 1/1/23 and due to recent events affecting all VRBO hosts:
***Reservation requests by guests with 4 or less overall positive reviews and/or by anyone 25yo or younger will NOT be accepted. Proof of age with govt issued ID may be requested/required for reserv acceptance.
***Reservation requests by a guest booking for another individual when the booking guest will not be staying on property will be subject to the following conditions: $500 refundable sec deposit paid in full 7 days in advance of check in, govt issued photo ID of actual guest(s) staying on property submitted to host, and a full explanation of who the actual guest(s) will be and why the booking guest is opting out. Any guest reservation found to be in violation of these terms will be asked to leave immediately, reservation terminated on the spot, and no refund given. Please understand that these new conditions are now in place to protect our property for your future comfort and enjoyment. Please also understand this Guest house is on the same property as our own house and the house rules are in place for everyone’s overall safety.
***Unapproved late check out*** due to the high turnover rate of the Guesthouse, late checkouts must be approved in advance. Failure to do so will result in late fees incurred. 20mins = $50, 30mins = $75, first hour = $150, each subsequent portion of an hour thereafter = $200/hr.
-2 yellow cones mark your dedicated parking spot - next to our vehicle and/or the carport.
-Self check in with code provided with check in instructions one day prior to guest's arrival.

-No loud music

-No outdoor noise after 10pm
- -Streaming services available on Guesthouse TV provided with visiting guest's own username and pw.
-Please wash all dirty dishes before checkout and let air dry next to sink
-Stay on guest designated side of the Guest House (bamboo fencing divider) if outdoors
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture (inside or outside)
-Use coasters when setting drinks down.
-No smoking or vaping inside Villa. Smoking permitted on private patio/courtyard
-Place all trash in the trash cans.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Orlando. The home was extremely clean, very comfortable, and clearly well cared for. It was also impressively well stocked with everything we needed and many thoughtful little extras that made the stay even better.You can tell the hosts put a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome. From the comfortable bed to the small conveniences around the house, everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was  a great rental and we would choose it again the next time we’re in the Orlando area. Highly recommended!

Best of Orlando

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Probably the best stocked rental I've ever stayed in. The host paid attention to every minor detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and was incredibly responsive. Easy to get to the parks, downtown, Winter Park, and the airport. Highly recommend.

Great guest house!

Cord was a great host. SO helpful and responsive. Guesthouse is super cute and well kept. Looked great and had lots of little extras that made the time feel special while we were there. Will use them again next time I’m in Orlando!

Better than a hotel

This cozy studio was such an awesome surprise and was even roomier in person. The location was great whether you want to go to Winter Park or the theme parks. Check-in was seamless and I didn't have to disturb the hosts. Cord was responsive to my requests and they even had snacks available when I arrived. I would gladly stay there again.

A hidden gem

The unit was wonderful, and was just as pictured. Check in directions were clear and simple. They provided many extras from a bottle of wine, snacks, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and creamer. Having laundry facilities was a plus. Would love to stay again.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! BOOK THIS ONE!!

My wife bought me tickets to see the Daytona 500. This start was about 45 minutes from the track and for the value, the absolute best option for us. The hosts are top notch and went above and beyond to make our stay the best! They are some of the most generous host we have ever stayed at. I'm a bigger guy, so outside of the small shower, everything was perfect!!

Perfect

Spacious flat with all the amenities and then some. Adorable little outdoor space to drink coffee or play cards. Lovely quiet neighborhood a $10 Uber ride away from downtown. Very thoughtful hosts quick to respond to any concern, and even provided us with snacks, coffee, wine, etc! Had a great time.

Absolutely Perfect!

The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!

Absolutely Beautiful

I can't say enough about this property. It was perfect and the host's addressed every detail possible to make the time here peaceful, easy...just perfect! Cord and Paige are just wonderful, caring people and their place is simply beautiful. Great neighborhood and close to many great shops and restaurants and a great but challenging golf course.(take the challenge). Minutes from downtown Orlando, and super close to all the attractions. I would give this place more than 5 stars!!

Excellent communication with owner. Neighborhood is charming, safe, quiet and beautiful to walk around. Parking is convenient and safe. Unit is very private, quiet, very large and beautifully furnished and maintained. Has everything you might need and more. The owners have stocked the place with so many delicious snacks, coffee, teas, wine, bottled waters, creamers, more snacks ( you could make a couple meals from all the “snacks”), fresh fruit, toiletries, etc. Ample kitchen utensils, towels, comfortable bedding, fast wi-fi. Very pleased!

Super hospitality hosts!

Chord and Paige were so sweet to make sure I got into the studio alright right when I first met them. Upon entering I see a bottle of wine with a welcome note and a big bowl of snacks to eat! The studio was also very clean and cozy the couch is beyond comfortable! The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and personal hygiene items. The kitchen was well stocked with waters and coffee and tea to drink. It had everything we needed if we did forget anything. I would definitely stay there again!

Yes! You read that right! Stop scrolling folks! Let me tell you about this place: ***The Neighborhood: College Park Extremely quiet! Never been here before and I LOVE IT!!! ***The Property: OMG! I felt incredibly SAFE while still maintaining my privacy. No stone left unturned regarding the landscaping and decor. A true HIDDEN GEM at an even more fantastic price!! ***The interior: Speechless! You’ll open the door to the most quaint, clean, comfortable, calming environment that makes you feel like this is a home away from home. They have every amenity you can imagine. The bed is so comfy too! ***The Owners: Mr Cord and Mrs Paige EXCEPTIONAL People! Very responsive, respectful, and accommodating people. You won’t find any better folks! I’m not a wine person, so Mr Cord personally delivered me some ice cold beers to make my welcome that much more enjoyable. ***Summary: Huge thanks!!! I want to thank them both for their hospitality! Outstanding

Everything was as stated and more. Paige and Cord have an excellent property for rent. The location in College Park is close to lovely, cute downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping, basically in sight of downtown Orlando and easy access to I-4. We were there 4 nights and very comfortable. Lovely home in front on brick street with rental a short walk down brick driveway to your door. Easy parking in driveway. We have family in College Park area so we will definitely be back numerous times in future to stay.

More Than Satisfied

The property was spotless clean, comfortable and I wish I could have had a little more time to enjoy it, but was there for a two-full-days conference. Perfect place to come to rest after a long day. Cord was always within reach, courteous, making sure we were comfortable, responding to our questions. He even chilled a bottle of wine for us to enjoy after a 3.5-hour drive. If we are in the area again, we will definitely look for this property. And for next year's conference, I hope it will not be booked. Thank you Cord! Narda

Great place and great people

Cord and Paige were very cordial hosts. The property was perfect for my stay. They did a great job with all of the little amenities that you wouldn’t expect upon arrival from a courtesy basket of snacks and a bottle of wine to complimentary toiletries. For couples they also had a variety of games to play also. Really enjoyed my stay. Thanks for everything! My only complaint was Cord’s choice of baseball teams but everyone has their flaws.
