Hidden gem conveniently located close to everything Winter Park. 10min drive into center of town or college. Host was very accommodating with clear communication throughout the stay.

Far and close enough from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Orlando and the theme parks, we hope you enjoy your stay!

College Park is a charming, historic borough of the vibrant Downtown Orlando scene. The neighborhood is known for its 20th-century cottages, small-town community feel, and its' many parks and lakes. Lake Ivanhoe is popular for paddle-boarding, waterskiing, wakeboarding and it’s views of the downtown skyline at sunset. College Park is home to Dubsdread Golf Course, a historic sport and dining event venue dating back to the 1920s. Enjoy diverse dining options, pubs, hip boutiques and vintage stores along main street, Edgewater Drive. Within 5 miles are the other historic districts for guests to explore: Ivanhoe, Mills-50, East-End, Milk District and Downtown Orlando.

Additional Activities:

+Take a walk, read a book, or people watch at Mathews Park. This neighborhood park is located directly across the street and features a paved walking/jogging path, picnic areas, basketball court, playground and open areas.

+Catch a concert or Orlando Magic basketball game at the Amway Arena or cheer on our hometown MLS soccer team, Orlando City!

+See a broadway show at the Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center. Also nearby are many other cultural attractions such as the Orlando Science Center, Mennello Museum of American Art, and Orlando Shakespeare Theater.

+Local theme park attractions Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios (25 min drive)
