Natural light fills the living area as you enter this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. By day, enjoy a book out on the lower deck which is accessible right from the living room. By night, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for a movie night. Just a few steps to the upper floor, an updated kitchen awaits, featuring stainless steel appliances and new countertops. The large banquet-style dining table is perfect for family dinner and post-dinner games. The home is stocked with a deck of cards, board games, and puzzles. Just off of the kitchen and dining area is the Ensuite Bedroom which features a smart TV and beautiful attached bathroom with modern updates and furnishings.
Head downstairs to find a King bedroom, full bathroom, and bunk room. The kids are sure to love the bunk room, which is equipped with two twin bunk beds (4 twins total), a large flat screen TV and a sectional, perfect for movie watching!
Enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub, which is accessible through the bunk room, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes to explore Sunriver, or enjoy a BBQ on the upper deck. The upper deck even attaches to the lower deck so there's plenty of room for the whole family. An electric car charging port has been added to the garage, just bring your own mobile charger and juice it up from the driveway.
