This beautiful newly renovated, waterfront home offers over 2300 square ft of open space and is located on a wide canal in a lovely residential neighborhood in warm, sunny Cape Coral. The southern exposure allows perfect sun access to everyone all year-round! It is located is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, parks and beaches!

The home has 3 beautiful bedrooms (all with large TVs) and a den with office desk and daybed & trundle. There is Wifi throughout the house. A well-stocked kitchen provides plenty of opportunity to enjoy a meal - either at the kitchen table, the bar stools at the counter or the large patio table. It includes four burner stove with large oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, blender, crock pot, plenty of dishes and new pots and pans.
There is a large screened in porch (lanai) covering the south-facing pool. The pool contains walk in steps and a handrail, as well as a table within the pool - perfect to enjoy those cold drinks on a hot day. The porch area has a large patio table with 8 comfortable chairs along. Enjoy cooking on the grill located right outside the lanai. The half bath is accessible from the patio. You can enter the patio area through 3 different patio doors - from the kitchen, entry way or master bedroom. The backyard is surrounded by a chain-link fence. You may relax by the dock next to the canal in two Adirondack chairs to catch some fish or to watch the turtles.
There is air-conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in almost every room. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms, which are located on the opposite of the house, offer one queen bed and two twin beds. All mattresses are new! Linens and towels are provided, as well as plenty of beach towels. A brand-new washer and dryer are available for use.

SW Cape Coral and the surrounding areas have many things to offer! There is shopping, cinemas, beauty parlors, spas, local supermarkets, fast food and gourmet restaurants and the local beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club, which is currently closed due to Hurricane Ian.
Several nearby golf courses are nearby along with a superb waterpark called Sunsplash.

The smoke-free home is located in the best of all worlds. One can have all the vacation amenities but return to a lovely large private home to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of our residential neighborhood.

PLEASE NOTE: Renter will need to sign a Pool Liability Waiver form before booking will be accepted. Pool is heated at 87 degrees for 8 hours a day. During the cooler nights it may be difficult to maintain that 87 degrees.
The Renter needs to leave the grill clean like it was when he/she arrived. There will be a $50 grill cleaning fee if left dirty.
