The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery.

The accommodation comprises 1 carefully furnished bedroom, offering comfort and tranquillity.
The double bed (size 120 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space (cupboards, wardrobes, cabinets) is available for your convenience.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Wi-Fi is not available in the accommodation.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
