Peace and nature - beach, restaurants and shops a few minutes

Our house is located in a quiet, peaceful, authentic Spanish village in Benajarafe Alto.
By car it is 5 minutes on the beach of Benajarafe. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

On the upper floor of the house are the large living room with sea views, dining area and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms each with private bath and a guest toilet.
On the lower floor there are three further bedrooms, each with private bath as well as a laundry room.
The house can accommodate up to ten guests and is therefore also, for example, ideal for two families who want to holiday together.

On our spacious 2700 square meters of land, there are numerous sunny, but also several shaded seating areas. The house is facing south, so you can enjoy the sun from morning till night.
In the garden there are many fruit trees, such as mangoes, figs, oranges, lemons, almonds, avocados and loquats Japanese. Our guests can relax - whichever is just ripe - like use of the fresh fruit.

One of our neighbors is an organic farmer. It offers a saving on a wide range of organic vegetables and eggs. Those who wish can also keen on visiting him.

The house is fully and generously equipped - German and international television, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, stove / oven, dishwasher etc), towels, bed linen, some books and games.
On one of the terraces our guests a barbecue.
For guests with children, there are several toys, a travel cot and a changing table. If necessary, the pool can be secured with a metal fence.

Pets are welcome, the property is completely fenced.

For groups or families of up to four persons is also possible to rent only the upper floor. Just ask us for the price.

Our neighbors are all friendly Spaniards who residential area is heavenly quiet.


Smoking indoors is not allowed.
Please respect our neighbors by loud music and parties renounce.

Nice sea view - -but very worn out house.

Big house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is not well furnished and the patio furniture where very old and not comfortable. The pool is nice and well functioning.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was es bedarf - und hat es an nichts gefehlt.Es ist zwar nicht mehr alles neu, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - netter Kontakt zum Verwalter.Der Pool war ein Highlight.Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt gut zu erreichen.Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war vielleicht das viele Hundegebell, da in unmittelbarer Nähe wohl ein Nachbar einen Hundezwinger mit einigen Hunden hat, die häufiger mal Radau machen.

Ein tolles Gesamtpaket

Wir haben uns, von Groß bis Klein, alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt fernab vom Trubel (bis auf ein paar gesprächige Hunde und Hähne in der Nachbarschaft) und man ist trotzdem mit dem Auto überall schnell. Es gab, wie in jedem normalen Haus mal, ein Problem mit der Toilette, aber Maren hat aus der Ferne geregelt, dass es so schnell wie möglich behoben wird. Der Pool ist ein Traum und auch die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Familienurlaub

Unser Familienurlaub in der Finca La Sonrisa war super.Die Finca entsprach genau den Angaben der Vermieterin. Das besondere an der Finca war, das jeder Schlafraum ein eigenes Bad(Toilette und Dusche)hatte.Da das Haus über 3 Terassen verfügt, gab es immer die Möglickeit ich ein seperates Plätzchen zu suchen.Der Swimmingpool, das Highlight optimal zum Schwimmen, da er über die entsprechende Tiefe(nur für Schwimmer) und Länge verfügt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, so dass es weder in der Küche noch in den Zimmern an irgend etwas fehlte. Ausreichen Liegen und Tische mit Stühlen (auch überdacht) sind vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausmeister und der Vermieterin liefen ausgezeichnet. Bei einem Problem mit 1 Bad wurden nach der kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin, sofort Klempner geordert, die auch pünktlich kamen. Resumee: Urlaub Immer wieder dort

Lovely family holiday

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa, the pool was lovely and clean and we had plenty of space. There was plenty of facilities at the villa, including pool toys. We had an issue with the electric but the manager was very quick to get it resolved. The only negative is the drive on the narrow track up the hill to the villa, but it is lovely when you get there. Overall I would recommend this as somewhere to stay.

Tolle großzügige traditionelle Finca

Wir haben mit 2 Familien (10 Personen) einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das großzügig geschnittene Haus mit tollem Außenbereich und großem Pool hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Der Blick aufs Meer bei klarer Sicht ist fantastisch. Die Räume im oberen Bereich sind sehr großzügig, die 3 Schlafbereiche im unteren Teil gut für Kinder oder Jugendliche, da etwas beengter. Es gibt genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auf dem großen Areal, so dass auch mal jeder seine Ruhe haben kann. Die Betreung vor Ort durch Esteban war super und sehr erfrischend. Bei Temperaturen um die 30° war es auch ohne Klimageräte nachts so gerade erträglich, allerdings wäre hier eine Verbesserung wüschenswert, daher 1 Stern Abzug.

Großes geräumiges Landhaus mit toller Ausstattung

Unser Urlaub war im Juni 2016 und wir waren mit 7 Personen in diesem schönen Landhaus. Die Abwicklung durch die Besitzer hat hervorragend geklappt und der Verwalter vor Ort, Esteban, möchten wir explizit hervorheben. Er war von Anfang an ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen und war immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Toll! Das sehr großzügige Haus war hervorragend ausgestattet, der Aussenbereich mit schönem großen Pool und Mobiliar ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da die Lage etwas abseits auf einer Anhöhe ist, muss ein Auto vorhanden sein. Mit dem man dann auch in 5 min im Ort und am Strand ist. Leider gibt es in der direkten Nachbarschaft viele Hunde, die tagsüber und auch nachts mit ihrem Gebell sehr gestört haben. Wir haben alle 5 DZ benötigt (teils Singles) und die 3 DZ im Untergeschoß sind bei voller Belegung sehr klein, bzw.sollten vielleicht eher von Kindern/Jugendlichen bezogen werden. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Campo house near the sea!

If you are looking for a typical Spanish rural house but still close to the sea, this is the place to be. The coast here is very pleasant and not overcrowded. It is close to Malaga and there is a good connection to the motorway that brings you everywhere in this region. The owner and the care taker of the house are very helpfull and give you a very welcome feel.
