This charming villa is just steps from the beach. It has all you look for on a beach vacation home. Perfect for couples! This fully newly furnished 6 bedroom villa has everything you need, including beach towels, cooler, fully air conditioned, comfy beds and pillows, 4 bathrooms, outdoor tubs, grills, living/dining areas, smart TV and high speed internet with WiFi. Fully equipped kitchens (cooking utensils included), washer/dryer combo on the 2 bedroom units. Kayak, power generator plus solar panels, solar water heater.

You already know this is an excellent location! Cabo Rojo is known as having Puerto Rico’s best beaches, breathtaking sunsets, water sports, famous restaurants, golf, tourist attractions, boat rentals, fishing, friendly people, fun and entertainment for everyone.

Our Paradise Beachfront Villa includes 4 apartments for a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. It is located at Joyuda, the seafood mecca of Puerto Rico so you will be about a 5-10 minute drive to best restaurants with the freshest Seafood. Cabo Rojo is known for its beautiful and calm beaches and you have one just steps from your door! Just a 45 minute drive from Ponce; a 1 1/2 hour drive from Aguadilla airport or a 2 1/2 hour drive from San Juan International airport.

We loved this property! Rented the full building for 14 people and the place is gorgeous, nicely decorated with all new furniture. The view of the ocean is spectacular.It was in a wonderful location, the home had everything we needed, and it was even more beautiful in person. We can't wait to go back.

Rented the full building for 14 people and the place is gorgeous, nicely decorated with all new furniture. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The few questions I had for the host were replied to very quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

These apartments are beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is on the beach, and the downstairs apts. have direct access to the water. There is a beautiful patio outside with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. We almost missed the apt. when driving by you can't tell how much beauty lies within from the front. Parking was convenient, washer and dryer in units was amazing. Little details like a laundry basket being left for us was so nice. We went out on the kayaks and had a great time with the family. There are restaurants within driving distance, a supermarket nearby, lovely beaches and etc. I highly recommend these apts. to anyone looking to say in this part of the island. The host Maria was very responsive and answered all of my questions prior to our arrival.Looking forward to staying here again.

Family Vacay

The property was awesome, no question. The responded to any questions or problems almost immediately. The younger adults were kinda noisy but no one complained. All in all , I'd recommend this host 100%. Maria Preston , thank you for the amazing accommodation. TOTALLY awesome.
