Beautifully decorated, comfortable wooden house over the water in La Parguera with accommodations for eight people.

This slice of paradise features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, family/dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and a large covered back porch. It is fully furnished and equipped with AC in all bedrooms and family area, ceiling fans, television with Apple TV, Wi-Fi Internet, stereo, kitchen appliances and utensils, washer/dryer, gas grill, and linens (bedding, towels, beach towels). The house also includes two adult kayaks, one kid kayak and a paddle board.

Sit on the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning, enjoy the breeze and start your day feeling perfectly one with nature. Relish a spectacular sunset with a glass of wine in the evening serenaded by local coquís, frogs and birds. You deserve it!

La Parguera offers numerous outdoor activities, such as kayaking, kitesurfing, wind surfing, water skiing, fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling, as well as rest and relaxation in a stunning setting.

Tranquil and relaxing

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing and it was a good time to connect with my family.Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We look forward to coming here again. Everything in this house is clean and organized all the surrounding shops and activities were super fun. There was plenty of activities and restaurants to visit. All the surrounding beaches around me a little drive away. I recommend this place to anyone that comes out to Puerto Rico.

Breathtaking place

This is the place to connect and enjoy natura at irs best. The house has all the necessary amenities to enjoy your vacation. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, two bathrooms were very convenient but the best thing is the terrace where you will be 90% of the stay. It is a place you will never want to leave. You can walk to the town where you will find restaurants, live music, karaoke, etc.

Truly a paradise ON THE WATER!

Our family of four stayed for three nights in this very unique and special "over the water" cottage. This family cottage has a long history in the area and is clearly very special to the hosts. They have equipped the cottage with everything that you could possibly need to have an incrediably relaxing family vacation (paddle boards, kayaks, games, coolers, beach towels, etc). We could have and should have stayed longer. Mornings sitting in hammocks on the porch while watching the sunrise and having family dinners on the porch while watching the sunset created unforgettable memories. The area was very quaint with tons of water sport related activities, including scuba diving, which we did. Plus, the bio luminesence bay is in the area and night, you can go an kayak and swim in that bay. We loved this cottage and it made our say in Puerto Rico so memorable. A huge thank you to the hosts!

3 Nights was Too Short!

Our family trip to Puerto Rico included 4 different living locations. The goal was to expose our children to the variety of the island … and to visit relatives. This home in La Parguera was by far our favorite!!! It was beautiful & immaculate, and the air conditioning worked well. When we turned off the air and opened the windows, the cross ventilation was incredible! Additionally, a home with 2 full bathrooms is a must with a family of 5. We were grateful for that after a full day of heat! The views from the deck were breathtaking. We watched the sunrise, waved to small boats passing by, and noticed schools of fish swimming in the clear water. The center of town was only a 3 min drive from the house, and there we enjoyed rooftop dining, delicious ice cream, and a local bakery with the best bread! It was there where we experience 2 excellent excursions … the bioluminescent bay at night and a 4hr snorkeling trip on a separate day. In summary, I absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting La Parguera!

Peaceful

Quick family trip to celebrate a birthday and revisit childhood memories. Great home with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Conveniently located with waterfront access. Would certainly stay again. Host were easy, responsive and accommodating.Great waterfront bungalow.

Wow is the perfect word for me to describe this home. We loved the decor, it felt inviting and homey. The views from the house and porch could not be more beautiful. Kayaking in the area was so much fun and the tour to the bioluminescent bay once in a lifetime experience! Thank you Carlos for sharing this treasure with the rest of us!

Sweet little house in an amazing location - we could have happily never left the porch but were glad we did! The Cayos are magical and good surf beaches are only an hour away. Hosts were lovely and responsive. We felt like very privileged guests!

Amazing!

We stayed here 2 nights during our exploring Puerto Rico trip. This place was beautiful and fun. We felt as if we were in a National Geographic episode. I loved laying on the hammock while watching the sunrise from the balcony and watching the sunset while kayaking with my daughter. Having the kayaks and paddleboard was fantastic. The house itself is not too big but it is comfortable and being on the ocean for 80 years it definitely had quirks but nothing that impeded our fun. It was clean and had great AC and hot water as well as up to date kitchen appliances. Note: there will be mosquitoes at dusk (I'm from Florida so no shock there). We were warned and given fairly good instructions on how to not get stuck in the mud but we slightly deviated and did get stuck for a few minutes. I think there is an age limit to stay here and since I work with children I totally agree since it is really not safe for small children. Do not miss going out to snorkel around Cays and the bioluminescent bay. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.
