Great location and a lot of space

The house is right on the beach, close to everything, and enough space for all of us. The cleanliness left a little to be desired and we did see a few cockroaches in the house during the week. Our power went out and the generator went on which was nice but when the generator ran out of propane, even though power was restored, our power in the house did not go back on. We had to get the property manager to come and turn it back on. Unfortunately this happened at 11p so our power wasn’t restored until morning. That wasn’t the property manager’s fault, he was quick to respond in the morning. Overall, we had a nice stay in a perfect location.

Great place, we rented both up and downstairs. We had best time. Loved snorkeling here, saw a variety of fish, coral and sea plant life.

Perfect location for a birthday getaway!

This property is amazing! The views, the beach, the rooms, the patio!! We reserved both units with 15 of us and we had plenty of room. The favorite feature of this home was the spacious and comfortable covered patio. And walk out to the beach and go snorkeling! The outdoor showers were great. We had plenty of parking. So convenient to everything we wanted to do and see in Rincon. Had an issue with a water line that broke but Wesley took care of it quickly. I highly recommend this beautiful home. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Words can’t express! I just wish we could stay there longer! 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!

Lots of room!

We just had our stay this past week and this house was able to accommodate our family! The home is basically like two big apartment homes on top of each other. The bottom apartment had five bedrooms three bathrooms in it. The kitchen was fully equipped! It comes with linens- towels and beach towels. The home also had all beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids so this made it super easy for us. The bedrooms themselves downstairs come with an ac unit in them so you will be comfortable the living spaces do not have one though just fans. That honestly would be the only part of the home to improve on but nothing terrible as there were fans to keep on. The photos are just like the home. My favorite part of the home was the back area which had tons of seating and you sit right on the beach. The location of the home was great close to lots of places to eat, grocery store- I recommend encono for shopping. Also it’s close to the plaza of rincon ! For the cleaniness of the home it was alright. The beds and rooms were clean however the showers could have been a little better- shower heads have water stains and grime builted up on it. The dogs next door do bark however we read that on the reviews so prepare for that. The neighbors were very friendly. Overall the home was good!

Absolutely Amazing!

We have a very large family with all age ranges….and this home was perfect! Close to stores and restaurants….the home is spacious and the beach access is the absolute best! Sunsets to die for! The hosts were also amazing and communicative ! I have never had an easier experience renting for our family! Thank you so much for the use of this gorgeous home!

This house was perfect for our large group! All the amenities for enjoying the location and the home tot he fullest!! We will certainly be back. Close to everything...food, shops, grocery, etc!!

50th Birthday Celebration

This property was what we wanted with space for everyone. We had room to be on our own but a place for all of us to congregate as well. We did have a problem with a leaky toilet valve but Shawn was responsive with letting me know when they would be by to fix and offering suggestions if we were to leave. One of the dryers wasn't in working order and there were some cosmetic things that could be fixed to make this place a dream but overall..... a positively perfect place!! Would do it all over again, especially with returning to negative temps at home!

Location is five star

Our stay at the saffron sunset was amazing for our family, we rented both units for a week, the location and space was great. We worked with the house manager Wesley on a few issues: Major issue was water pressure, only one person could shower at a time. He did adjust pressure but still you could not run washer or dishwasher and shower. Minor issue was appliances(coffee pot and toaster) that were broken were replace, upstairs microwave was unable to be fixed and if you tried to use it, it blew breaker and shut off internet, air condition unit in back lower bedroom leaked on bed and was flushed fixed. Knob on dryer was fixed. The cleanliness of floors and area rugs were terrible. Outside cushions are molded. An example, I move couch to find lost toy and it had not been cleaned for a while.(gross) Also for safety: they need to fix both; the lighting for outside upstairs entrance and back wooden stairs are in disrepair. An additional issue were the dogs next door on the parking area, they lunged at the fence and barked consistently!

It's an okay property.

Nice place but disappointed on how the houses are maintained. Both houses have paint peeling from the ceiling. Unable to park on the designated place due to rotten mangos that had been there for a while all over the driveway. One of the showers was clogged the night we arrived. The frame on the bed my young son slept in beds broke. Someone came to look at it but was never fixed. There are lots of stray and owned dogs around the beach and the street where the house is located running around unsupervised. Other than the maintenance and unsupervised dogs, the houses have a beautiful ocean view and patios. The area is quiet.

Beach and rental

Had an absolutely wonderful time in Rincon PR. I asked everyone in my group on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best what they thought, and everyone gave it a 10. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our family vacation. The houses met our expectations in space, commodity and access to the beach. I would only recommend some more cleaning, specially on rugs and furniture. For sure I would come back. Thank you.
