Beautiful condo in the heart of downtown Lincoln, and just minutes to the Historic Haymarket District. Whether you're in town for a Nebraska football game, or a casual visit, this condo has everything you'll need. 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, and one Twin pull out to accommodate 5 overnight guests. Perfect location to enjoy Lincoln's best restaurants and entertainment. 2 Parking stalls included! Stalls are in prime tailgating lot.

The Pavilion is 100% smoke free. No furnishings shall be removed from the Pavilion. We have no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. A $50 charge is deducted for each lost key card/key fob. Guest (and each invitee) acknowledges and understands that Guest is solely responsible for any accident or injury to any person during the Guest's stay at the Pavilion and that Old Federal Place, LLC ("Owner") accepts no legal or financial responsibility. No weapons or fireworks allowed on the property.

Parent’s Weekend

We stayed for a couple of nights for a parents’ function at UNl and hosted a small group of other parents on the gorgeous rooftop deck. Amazing location.

Unexpected guests

Condo was perfect for our needs. Out of town friends arrived unexpectedly and location was great for them. Sitting on rooftop patio and watching city at night was great.

Nice place

Stayed here for our son’s UNL graduation. Location is perfect - short walk to bars, restaurants and Memorial stadium. It is a bit loud as it is right in the heart of the city. The place is nicely decorated and the host was kind and responded quickly to inquiries. Highly recommend.

Cute, clean, great location, awesome roof top patio

We loved our stay here. It was within walking distance to all the things! Everything was updated, super clean and well decorated. We’ll definitely stay here on future visits to Lincoln. The host also changed our dates for us when the Morgan Wallen concert cancelled, even though we were outside of the cancellation/refund window. They immediately switched our reservation to the new concert weekend without question. And the roof top patio was awesome!

Very clean property, nice to be downtown close bars and restaurants. We are a bit disappointed to find out the roof patio access isn't direct access from the inside. 1 of the 2 parking spots is very small.

Fabulous location. Great place with large rooftop gathering spot. Only one bedroom but we knew that going in. Still very comfortable. Will do it agin.

Great Gameday Spot

This location is perfect for any downtown Lincoln event. There is plenty of space and options for additional sleeping arrangements. The rooftop terrace is awesome. Overall, the property exceeded my expectations. I plan to return.

Excellent downtown Lincoln condo experience

My stay at the Grand Manse Pavillion condo was an excellent experience. The property was spacious, clean and functional for my needs. The reservation was simple with great welcome information to understand the layout/amenities and available dining options downtown. I highly recommend this property to take in the downtown Lincoln experience.
